I lost our insurance due to claims issues (Oklahoma winds and hails) that is fine plus a few other issues in a home I have lived in for 24 years. I have been with this office for 30 plus years instead of contacting me after I received letter I finally contacted them. I asked to speak with Larry Potts about the issue and was instead called back by an office manger and was told there was nothing they could do for me and that Larry would not be contacting me because he has a meeting to get to. Shameful to say the least since have been with State Farm since I was 16 years old! Customer service is nonexistent with this office. Loose your insurance due to no fault of your own is one thing but not caring is another! Take your insurance needs to someone that actually cares about you! Loyalty his nothing to do with this office!! I will be using another company and so will anyone else I have referred to Larry Potts.
