I've been a T-mobile customer for over 8yrs. Not happy with in store fee when paying in person. I was told I would be paying 120-130 dollar's a month after noticing and complaining on my bill going up. Come to find out nothing had been resolved. I've been lied to! I'm happy to take my money some where else if what we agreed upon is not meet.

I went into this store after a long failed battle with AT&T and after getting treated like a burden at the East side Norman T=Mobile. Feeling completely defeated and in need of a new phone TODAY. I was greeted by Lisa, who has been the biggest blessing this entire venture. Lisa worked hard to get me the best deal she could while navigating my complicated situation. She worked with customer service diligently, and I could tell she really wanted to help me. My kids had to come in with me and she was the most understanding and sweet person I have ever dealt with in the wireless phone world. My little family thanks you as we needed someone to help restore our faith in wireless customer service and knocked It out of the park!! The entire staff was kind and a delight to work with.

Recently. I visited my local T-Mobile store on 24th street in Norman, Oklahoma, and received assistance from on of the employees named Joe. He was very invested in helping me. He was informative, polite and very patient.

All the staff here are amazing! They make phone upgrades and transferring super easy. I did this today and have have done it a few times previously. T mobile customer service is top notch.

I couldn’t have asked for better help than I received from Brandon today! His patience for the process of transferring services from AT&T to T-mobile was amazing. He really helped break things down and make the process as easy as possible. He did not get frustrated even with the amount of calls he had to make and time it took waiting on the phone. He really puts in effort to help you find the deal that best suits your life situations. Brandon is the kindest person I’ve have gotten help from and by far best experience with getting phone services.Thank you!

BRANDON!Saved the day. Currently going through a difficult situation and needed immediate assistance in separating lines, complicated account settings, resets! He was he patient, calming, technical in an understanding way, and very knowledgeable. I left here feeling so much relief to have my own plan and understood everything he walked me through. I took my friend to T-Moble. I wanted to see Kthryn Zata Jones. LOL, not really as she was no where near the place.I dislike AT&T so much after being with them since 1992.Bought 2 phones and several accessories costing me a pretty chunk of money.The sales person spent 4 hours with us. He went 2 hours past his shift end time. He didn't tell us that until we were finished. There were a number of issues I had with AT&T. They didn't release my phone number from their files until about 50 minutes later. Another reason I don't care for AT&T. There were other issue that showed up after we left and got home. I lost most of my pass words when I was switched over.i can't get into my Facebook account an many others. Going back today to see if we can recover my pass words to get me back into my accounts.Other wise it was a good experience.Looking forward to being able to use my nw phone and apps. The store was closed several minutes before we were done for the night. I still say T-Mobile wins the day.Going back in a while.

Rude and condescending. Spoke down to me during the entire time in the store. Would not recommend this location at all.
