Would give it an 11. Best workout program I've ever been to. The staff is top-notch in customer service and making you feel welcomed. It really is top-tier quality. Provides results and takes dedication, but they will keep you in the loop. One word: SUPERB!!

Solid Rock is the best!!! The entire atmosphere is uplifting and encouraging. The coaches want you to succeed, the members are there to support you along the way, and you WILL see results. One of the greatest choices I have ever made is joining this gym!!

I LOVE Solid Rock! The environment is so welcoming and nonjudgmental! I came in nervous the first time but that was quickly turned into excitement when I was welcomed by everyone.
