Alexa, the manager, is awesome. I recently got 22 inches cut off my hair and I really don’t know what to do with short hair. We tried some thing she suggested and I said let’s go for it. It’s hair it will grow back. ? It’s okay not my favorite, but I will know what I do not want next time I go in. It’s a learning experience for me! I will find a style I love eventually and rock it.

I would give this place zero stars because we went to this salon 30 min befor they closed and wanted to get our sons hair trimmed up a little not even a full on hair cut just around his ears and little on top for his adoption day tomorrow and this lazy old women there denied my wife , after she was standing there for ten min , because she said she didn’t have time ! Like excuse me ? You don’t have time ? So we finished shopping and then 6:50 ten min befor the salon closed we were walking out of Walmart and the lazy women was sitting on her a$$ ! We are so disappointed and don’t feel it was right of that lady to deny us so she could be lazy . It’s upsetting now we don’t have time to get it cut cuz every were closed now

Went into this store thinking this was where I had made the appointment to get my grandson’s hair cut at and Robin at the front desk was not friendly or helpful. I had thought I made the appointment at the interstate drive store and instead has made it the other Norman store. Will not go back.

I went in with a picture of a Pixie cut and walked out with a military style. The person who cut my hair left clipper lines on the sides and back, can't blend. I would never recommend this place.Service: Haircut

Sat there for a while waiting on the two ladies to finish up and decided to leave after watching one of them cut hair. I was afraid she would mess my hair up.

Worst experience ever yes I know you get what you pay for but I didn't expect my hair to be butchered. I am in tears the picture I showed her is not what I got but I could say anything because I was almost in tears

These girls are always willing to fit us in. They understand what you are asking them to do to your hair. I have naturally wavy/curly hair and they always offer to fix anything that bounces out after it dries. Great family one stop styling.

I made an appointment and went in to get a haircut with Kylee. She did such an amazing job and she was so professional with great people skills. She not only cut my hair well, but she made me feel welcome and comfortable in that chair. She made sure to tell me about the deals going on and to promote what products she used on my hair. I really enjoyed my visit, so much that I told my boyfriend to go back to this place and get his haircut too. He was very pleased with his haircut as well, and Kylee was the one who did it. She made us feel special, and that’s what a hair dresser should do. So with all of that being said, thank you Kylee for great service and great haircuts!Service: Haircut

They didn't want to take the time to cut my 1 year olds hair the right way. The hair stylist decided she was done and walked away because my son was getting hungry since they made us wait 20 minutes before cutting the other side of his head. Now he's left with uneven hair on top and they didn't even bother with the back of it so it's still long. She also told me that she pulled his hair cause he was moving when she was trying to cut it and he was crying, not to mention the attitude she had the entire time. Terrible customer service and terrible quality haircut. Had to make an appointment which is fine but they were 39 minutes late getting to us. Then ran two more people in front of us after an hour wait. I’ll never use this stores hair service again.
