I enjoyed my experience with all the associates at sleep number! They were very knowledgeable and helpful in me making my decisions! I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new bed ! From the manager,salesman, and delivery persons I had a great experience ! i rank them number 1! And highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Sales person was very knowledgeable and had an excellent presentation of the products that we were interested in. Also had alternatives that were similar but different so we could fine-tune our selection. One of the better retail experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Sales woman greeted me without making eye contact. Seemed annoyed that I had 2 well behaved kiddos in tow. I knew exactly what I wanted (a very specific pillow). She sold me the pillow and didn’t inform me until after the transaction that it wasn’t in stock and would be shipped to my house. Next time I would avoid the retail store and shop online if you know you what you’re looking for.

We purchased our P6 mattress system( at the Norman store) a little over a year ago and haven’t had any problems with it until now… My side of the inflatable portion had ruptured, as a result of a manufacturer’s defect… As far as I was concerned, this should’ve been completely covered! When we contacted customer service, we discovered that the “15 year warranty” that we thought we had on the bed ( as we were led to believe by the deceptive salesperson ) was in actuality, a “PRO-RATED warranty”. The Overseas customer service agent told us this meant that 100% was covered ONLY for the first year of original product ownership etc . After that, it takes a steep downward curve e.g. Only 60% was covered at the very beginning of our second year of ownership. Next time I’m in the market for a new mattress , this customer will go with his first instinct; which was to purchase a “PURPLE mattress”! My wife and I feel like we were deceived by greedy salespeople trying to earn their commissions etc. Caveat Emptor- “To the buyer, beware”.

The attendant was incredibly rude. I went into the store looking for a bed, the whole time the she acted as if my shopping was an inconvenience for her and implied on 3 different occasions that the beds were out of my price range. The entire interaction was very uncomfortable and appalling. The beds were great but I would never spend my money somewhere that I’m so obviously not wanted.

Cherise Bedford is the best, not only did we get the exact bed but had a great time getting everything we wanted and needed. Thank you Cherise for making spending money a totally different kind of experience. And yes we will be back. Spending time in the store made for a great start of the day. I enjoyed looking at the different size beds, and would have bought more sheets if our budget had room for more. and picking out the material for base and head board was a very different experience. Loved every minute we were in the store.

What sold us on our bed was this, the sales lady connected with us on how she deals with her son, and in matters of faith, she helped us in a very practical way. She seemed entirely concerned about our health, and our sleep, and tried very hard. We were extremely impressed, and bought our bed because she was so good and because my sister had good things to say about her bed purchase a couple of years ago.

Jeremy at the Norman store was very helpful, he listened to what we said, very knowledgeable about the beds, and even though we where not quite ready to buy yet he was not pushy at all.

I have been a sleep number bed customer since 2005. I just bought my second sleep number and these are great beds but my one complaint on the new bed is the selling point of auto adjusting. This feature sucks. It wasn't an option when I got my first sleep number and I thought it would be awesome. Instead, I had to turn it off after waking up and my back was so out of place I felt like my back is breaking. Sometimes I would wake up and all the air would be outta of my side of the bed and I was laying directly on top of the platform. So just a heads up that feature is awful!

The best experience EVER purchasing a mattress! Wish I had bought one sooner but definitely happy I did now. Thoroughly explained how the beds operated. No pressure to purchase anything I didn’t feel comfortable with. Can’t wait for our mattress to arrive!

Don't buy a sleepnumber bed! didn't have the bed very long the pump went out. We gave 8000.00 for the bed so it wasn't their cheapest one plus we are older folks. When the pump went out in August Still waiting for them to call us back. They said they would be here September 3rd they called said you are the third on the list guess what they have never showed upon calls from them. So finally my husband and I had to put the new pump on so our bed is back up and going. I hope you don't waste your money on one of these beds.

Brandon did a great job assisting us. He was very patient as we had some financing issues. He worked with us to get the best deal that would work for us. Also we love our couch!
