I came in cause the shoes I was looking for showed in stock on their website. I get ther and can't find them asked for help the girl working said no we don't carry those. On my way out, I saw some as she walked by. I asked, "Can you check to see if you have my son's size in the back and she said those are our only ones. 5 mins agonyou didn't carry them. LAZY poor excuse of an employee.

No manager in this store. I purchased Birkenstocks. Joseph went to the back and got both shoes for me. Instead gave me cheap Luofu Tikes looks very similar to Birkenstocks. And sold them to me on fake pretense. I tried to return them as I didn’t notice. He said I gave you Birkenstocks. You or someone else swapped them. He is the only one who touched them besides me. Same time another lady walks in who purchased 6 pairs of shoes and only got home w 4. This store has issues. I have contacted corporate. Only a voice mail or email. No return yet. I’m upset. Fraud in this store. When asked to look at camera footage he said we don’t have access.
