“Both people at the Norman, Oklahoma location were extremely helpful. They were able to answer all my questions. The only thing I wasn’t fond of is being told because I have a promotional rate that the rate will go to the standard pricing in 3-5 months. That bothered me.”

The storage units are super clean, there are lights that automatically come on at night, which I haven’t had at other facilities and you can rent on your own using their website. “We met with the owners of Morningstar Storage at Norman Pride 2024. They were so nice and welcoming and offered to help us with our storage needs. After meeting with them in person and going over the details we the board we decided to get a storage unit with them for our organization's needs. They are welcoming to all people and organizations including the LGBTQIA+ community and we are so happy that we've chosen to get a storage unit with them. I encourage anyone else that is searching for storage needs to seek them out and see what they can do for you.”

“I have been a customer at this facility for a few years. I lease a 10x10 in the 700 block of units. At NO TIME have I ever had problems with "roaches" as reported by some reviewers.The facility is always clean, and the staff is responsive to whatever need(s) I have had. They recently replaced the entry and exit keypads (much needed and appreciated!!)I will (and have) recommended this facility to others.Honestly... if I could find an issue with this facility, I would tell you, but I have never had any problem(s) to report.By the way... the units have motion-activated lights inside. “The office manager is super nice! He definitely made me feel welcomed and was very informative about the place! The pricing is pretty cheap as well! For example: a five by ten here is about $25. If you go anywhere else, it can range from $79-$90. That is, in the research I have done of nearby storage places. I don't plan to be here long, as my plans don't require it. If I should ever need to store anything again, or if a friend asks for recommendations, it will definitely be here!”
“This is a nice facility with various sizes of units available. *look out for spiders* It's cheaper than other storage places in the area. Otto is super kind and helpful! He even offered me a free box so I could separate a giant box that was too heavy for me to lift on my own ”
