We bought a shirt on a Sunday and realized it still had the security tag on it. Went back the next day and the store isn't open even though the posted hours say it opened 2 hours ago. Now we are flying out of oklahoma with a security tagged shirt.

We actually had to do an entire closet make-over and had my daughter start at Savvy. They were not open last night (4:00pm) . I had her go during their lunch this morning and (they open at 10) 11:15 rolls around and not a person in sight- so we chose to shop at a boutique down the street

Never open during the hours posted! I have visited the store numerous times in the past year during the middle of their business hours to find the doors locked and no one there.

This is such a joke. I'm not even from Here. This is the second time I've came and you have your brb in 5 sign. Get your girls in check it's GAME DAY.

It's the Thursday before OU TX, and they closed at 4, they're not supposed to close until 6. Groups of 10-15 people waiting outside for the store to reopen, because the sign says "Be back in 5 min!" People have been waiting since 4 for the store to reopen but whoever was on shift decided to close early. This is unacceptable, if you're going to close early against hours, you should not have been scheduled to be working. If you had an emergency or personal issue, there should've been another sign posted on the door. Or at least call someone else to cover your shift, or even put on the door, "Sorry closed early!" Don't have people waiting for service that you're not going to provide. It's the week of the big game, don't you think you would get business from college girls wanting to buy clothes to wear for OU TX? This issue needs to be fixed, either fix hours online and on the door, or stay open when you're supposed to be open. And I get it workers need food, breaks, or a minute to relax, but don't close the store early just because you want to cut your shift short by two hours. That's just wrong and unethical. You're hurting businesses instead of influencing and pushing your business name out there.

Staff seems a bit rude & Can never tell when they’re open or closed. Really Cute styles, but I don’t care to be looked up and down by a 19 year old when I can be welcomed elsewhere and get a similar outfit.

The staff is incredibly rude and neglectful to their customers. It’s incredibly obvious that every girl working there absolutely does not want to be there, considering they sit on their on their phones 97% of the time and can’t even be bothered to clean up spills or sweep the floors. It’s overpriced, the staff is rude, and the place is dirty. There are many places around campus and online where you would have more positive experiences buying the same clothes they have available (most likely at cheaper prices as well)

Nice variety. Always stop here when shopping with my college-aged daughter. Lots of choices and reasonable prices on current styles not only for my daughter but for me too!

I LOVE this store... They have the cutest clothes, and have something for every occasion. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help out. I walked in and immediately felt at home as the girls interacted with me. great place to shop and would definitely recommend!

I would agree with the previous review, that this place did an incredible job of hiring the snobbiest, uppity, bitchy girls I've ever met. After a night game, I would hope that the sales assoc. could at least try to act and appear less hungover than she actually was. The clothes were cute, but I didn't appreciate the attitude I received when purchasing several hundred dollars worth of merchandise. She did not have the price of the hat I was also looking to buy, and said it would probably be "15 or 20 dollars" and proceeded to text her boss to ask. Mind you, the manufacturing price sticker was still left on there listing at $9. She made me wait for another customer to buy something and as I patiently waited, she didn't receive any text response from her boss, and told me "it's $20." To which I asked, did you get that confirmed or are we just guessing?" And she lied and said she received the confirmation. So I asked again, and she said "well no but it's probably 20." I declined buying and left simply because she was lying straight to my face. I also found the same hat on amazon for $9.

Sales associates were rude and did not interact with customers and were not helpful.
