We placed an online order for pickup. I was quickly acknowledged, and the Sam's Club associate brought our order out on a flat cart. I remained in the drivers seat, as usual, while our order was promptly loaded into the back of our SUV. When I drove back home, Newcastle, OK, I realized we were missing about half of our online grocery order. My wife usually picks up our order and has never had this issue. She thought I was joking at first. She called Sam's Club & confirmed all our cold/frozen items were still in there. I would recommend that Sam's Club use a verification method of some type to ensure all items that have been ordered & paid for are given to the customer. They only ask the name on the order & then load. I have never been given anything to confirm that the order is picked up or verify that I have received my paid order in full. The employee simply loads the vehicle, closes the rear hatch on my SUV, and walks away. We live in Newcastle & we were unable to drive all the way back to Norman, again, to pick up our remaining items. Those groceries were needed, but due to Sam's Clubs' failure to completely fulfill the order, we had to refund the groceries we thought we would have for the next two weeks.

Always awesome bull savings! Sams Club has been around for years and Ive never had an issue.

The service guy seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. It was a slow process and took awhile to process the paperwork. Overall I'm just glad my tire was fixed and that Sam's replaced it with a new one.

Sat in the curbside pick up spot for 15 minutes after checking in on the app. Called the store. Then sat there another 10 min before anyone came to provide service. And I was the only vehicle there the ENTIRE TIME!

Picking up an online order at Sam's Club in Norman is a nightmare. Why do they offer this service if they cannot do it without making it a hassle. Each time I have tried to do an online order I have had to wait 10-20 minutes while 5-6 workers walk around me trying not to make eye contact. One time they want me to go to customer service, the next time check in is at a kios, now today they told me they pulled my items but I would have to ring them up because they made an error with my order. I can't even get anyone to grab my stuff so I can ring it up! Why isn't there someone assigned to answer the radio and go get these orders from the staging area? So disorganized. Not helpful. If they can't move the groceries 20 ft from the tire area to the register how on earth will they be able to pull of curbside pickup next month???? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DOING AN ONLINE SAMS CLUB ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! 5 stars to the Sam's club in Norman! My dog food (the only reason I drove into town) didn't make it on the cart of my curbside order. They added it and are making a special trip to go back in and get it for me! That's customer service you don't see the likes of much these days!

I ordered Christmas cards that were supposed to be in December 19th. I just got a call that they are in. It's February 1st! Sarcastic thanks for removing the photo centers from the clubs, SAMs Club!
