Love this place! I went in April for my birthday. It was my first time there. I was so happy with how they turned out! They were perfect! I couldn't get back in until today so I had the same set for 2 months and not one of my nails chipped or broke. I was so impressed!!!!???. Now I'm back for the second time. Definitely my new nail place!!!

Very rude. I went in for the first time and the men were very snippy with me for not knowing to wash my hands. Not very friendly at all during the appointment, didn’t ask me if I wanted my nails filed or cut, just did whatever was easiest.
I left and noticed my dip polish was smudged and at least 3-4 employees came by and looked at my nails. None of them spoke to me, but spoke about me.
I came back to get a nail chip fixed 2 days later. Not one person was helpful. I said I’m not sure what color can you help me and the men were rude and made a big deal about how I should have remembered, I said it was my first time and I didn’t know.
I won’t be going back. I cannot believe that’s how they would treat a first time customer. I was hoping to make that my new nail place, but I’d rather drive the distance than deal with them.
To top it off, my nail was a lot shorter than the other ones and I asked for it to be fixed and they blamed me for not remembering the color. Ok, but you can still file them down to match. If I spend $50 on a service I’d expect better customer service.

If I could give a zero star review I would. This is the worst place I’ve ever gone to get nails done. From the way I was talked to and treated when I didnt like how the guy did my nails to then him telling what I HAD to do. The most disrespectful place I’ve been. Should have trusted my gut and the other reviews and not came. First and last time I will come here.

I have tried this salon several times and have been disappointed each time. Quality is awful and they don't listen to what I want and how I like my acrylic done. Will not be back.

Edited--- the nail polish is so cheap that within 30 mins my daughter and I both have chipped pieces off the polish! I'm so tired of places charging $15+ extra for gel, when gel is the only thing to get anymore. Because every other brand it trash and they layer it about 5 times causing it to NEVER dry it seems. I'm so sick of this. I just want a refund at this point :(
While I feel like they charge a reasonable price for everything, it almost always comes out mid. My toes are nice from a distance, but they definitely could've covered 100% of my toenails, instead of 98%
I came in an hour before they closed for my toes, I was out within a half hour, but they acted annoyed I was there. I've been here 3 times, in the last 2.5 years, and each time the quality of the service is going down. I doubt I will return. The lady who did my toes today was nice though (she was pregnant I think).
There are a bunch of nail salons closes to my house that I will give a shot. I get my nails(toes or hands) done maybe 2x a year... I will spend $50+ and have a better experience elsewhere hopefully.
Prices btw- a basic pedicure (which includes a leg massage, foot scrub etc) is $30 which is a great price. Other than that, I don't want to come back.

I have been coming here for years! The nail techs are all incredible and go above and beyond to give me what I ask for. The pedicures are so relaxing.

I’ve been to several other nail salons in the area and this is the best one. Everyone is really good! I’ve never had a bad set of nails or pedicure here. They are all great at what they do! Lynn and Kathy are both exceptionally talented at doing nails if you feel more comfortable asking for a specific person. I would highly recommend both of them!!
