The staff here is knowledgeable and I feel that my dogs are safe in their care.
I love the personal ID cards that they issue - it’s an example of great customer service.

Rose Rock Veterinary Hospital is amazing! I was very impressed with everyone who helped us. Not only did they spend a lot of time with my senior dog, but they were open and honest about everything. They prescribed generic meds so I save a lot on that. They also gave me a lot of diagnosis options but were honest about my dog's age and that they were probably unnecessary. And I received a follow up from the doctor regarding my pet's response to the treatment! If you need a vet, please consider Rose Rock! You will not be sorry that you did!

I recently brought my pets to Rose Rock Veterinary Hospital & Pet Resort, and I can't say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, compassionate, and incredibly professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-equipped, making me feel confident that my pets were in the best hands possible.
Dr. Fritzler took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of my pet's examination and treatment options, answering all of my questions with patience and care. It's evident that the team here truly loves what they do and treats each pet as if it were their own. My cats love Dr Martin! She has a great table side manner and is very gentle and kind. I’ve never had a vet tech that wasn’t remarkably sweet and gentle with my cats.
I will never take my babies to another vet!
EDIT: Dr Martin is no longer among the RRVH staff, but Drs McKay and Devine are equally amazing to work with. I’ve been bringing all three of my cats and even my MIL’s new puppy. When my oldest cat was diagnosed with hypercalcemia and then shortly after had a stress induced UTI, RRVH was amazing in their treatment and care of my little princess. Love this staff so much!

Rose Rock is a very well run facility with a wide range of services. We took our 2yo GSB in for doggie daycare to work on her separation anxiety. They were very helpful and easy to work with.

This place is nice inside but they don't have enough doctors or too many patients. They don't have a regular appointment to see a doctor without paying an emergency fee or dropping your dog off for almost 2 weeks.
They hired 2 new doctors but they can't be trained fast enough.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and deepest gratitude to Rose Rock for the exceptional care they provided to my beloved cat Daisy. The Rose Rock team was incredibly supportive and treated my cat with the utmost respect and compassion. Thank you for your dedication and for making Daisy’s final moments as comfortable as possible. Their dedication and empathy made a difficult time a little easier to bear. I truly appreciate all that you did for us. i would also like to express my sincere gratitude for the thoughtful letter you sent after my cat's passing. Your compassion and support during this tough time have been a great comfort to me. Thank you for the excellent care you provided to my cat, your kindness will always be remembered.

I took Jul's cat in and he was a real sweet heart. The people are extremely kind and caring. O needed the treatment and was quite the little gentleman.

We took our dog, Skye, to get her nails done and the whole experience was FABULOUS! Everyone is so nice and we felt very well taken care of :)
A special thank you to Raygen for taking care of our Skye's nails - Raygen was friendly and knowledgeable and it didn't take very long so we appreciated all of that!
