I scheduled a haircut appointment with Kirah this past Monday, and she did not disappoint. She was professional, super friendly, and took great care of my hair! Kirah always asked if I was comfortable with how short we went and how I preferred to style my hair. I'm forever grateful that she made me fall in love with short hair again, and I will return to schedule with her again!

Ohmigosh! Chelsea did absolutely amazing on my daughter’s hair for her 18th birthday. We were in the area from Texas and had time to kill. They were open on Sunday and managed to get us in. The girls are super friendly and down to earth. I have a wonderful time there and consider them my go to place. The environment was very welcoming and clean. Chelsea is full of knowledge and very informative. Beyond satisfied!! Appropriate pricing.

I’ve been going to Ashley C for nearly two years and she nails it everytime. I come in with a photos and she matches it perfectly! Not only is she amazing at hair but she is the sweetest person ever, and genuinely cares for everyone who sits in her chair. I’ve never had a negative experience with her, and grateful to have found her after moving.

I have been seeing Chelsea for over 2 years now. I highly recommend her 10/10! She is super sweet and amazing with my little one (he is 2)!!We both came to see her today for a much needed hair cut! She has been my go to stylist for over two years now! She does amazing work! ??

The numerous good reviews convinced me to book an appointment online with any available stylist for a badly needed cut. When I walked in, the kindest person greeted me at the door. Luckily Jen had an opening on a Friday evening on relatively short notice. She spent time asking what I wanted from the cut, studying my hair, and explaining her approach before she got started. She’s skilled and methodical, and I really appreciated the time and care she invested in my appointment as well as how she communicated with me about what she was doing. She made me feel very comfortable as a new client. Now a few weeks later, I’m still really enjoying the cut, and I know I’ll be back to see Jen next time I need a trim!

The second time I went to Ashley, I've observed someone who holds pure integrity for not only herself but for all the clientele and co-workers at Roots Salon. She sets a beautiful example for what is right. She's hard working and dedicated. She doesn't turn others away, even at the end of a long day. She finds a way to welcome them and care for their needs, even when she is already booked with another client. She's honest and works with you to achieve your hair goals. She's willing to take constructive cristism and make necessary adjustments to perfect her craft and keep the clientele coming back. She's great at multitasking while maintaining a positive outlook. She understands the different dynamics of this business. I believe she is a major asset to the ongoing business of this salon.

I love this little place. The girls are all so friendly and make your experience so fun, I had Chelsea and let me tell you she is so knowledgeable on her products, not only is she a great stylist, but she makes sure you are totally satisfied when you leave. And makes sure you are very aware of what you need to do when you leave so your hair stays looking as marvelous a month later as it did the day you leave. I would recommend you giving her a chance to make you beautiful so won't disappoint

Terrible! I came in for short layers with a shaved undercut from Ashley. I told her I usually get the undercut faded, and she said she was not very confident at barbering. So I said, no problem, just shave it all down to a .5 or zero. It was like she was afraid of getting the clippers too close to the rest of my hair, so it is totally uneven, with a weird uneven strip of longer hair along the top, and one side shaved higher than the other. I’m trying to grow out part of it in the back as a V, and that, too, she cut totally uneven. Plus, she gave me a weird, non-layered bob when I clearly asked for layers (even showed her a picture). I’m pretty laid-back about my hair, and can be happy with just about anything. I figure even a bad haircut grows out in a couple of weeks, so it’s no big deal. But this was pricey, and I expected an even cut, at the very least. She didn’t even clean up the edges. First and last visit to Roots. So disappointing!

I was very impressed with how easy Roots was able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment ! I had the pleasure of meeting miss Ashley J. We got to talking and I appreciate her taking the time to make me feel better. Loved the vibes and the hair cut !!
