Terrible service department and terrible business ethics. Brought in my 2022 F350 with 1 issue and a safety recall. Picked up the vehicle and found that they had conveniently cleared my check engine light. They immediately my truck was 100% ready for pickup. Got the truck back and after 2 hours of driving my truck started throwing all kinds of codes, 1 after another. Service department said it’d be 2 weeks before any repairs could be made and that i couldn’t have a loaner. Upper management thought the ordeal was funny and didn’t take the situation seriously. The GM thought he could sweet talk me into trading my truck for a newer one and then had the finance department give me an extremely low offer “because it needs repair” done by their mechanics. Terrible business and will never be bringing a vehicle to them again. My photo is of the problems my truck developed after picking it up “100%” ready for pickup.

!!!!! RATING SHOULD BE MINUS 5 STARS !!!!!
As background, in July of 2024 I started experiencing intermittent lift gate problems on my 2018 Lincoln MKX. As a result, on July 17, 2024, I called Confidence Ford (formerly Reynolds) in Norman. I spoke with a Service Adviser named Jacob. After considerable discussion regarding my extended warranty and a loaner car, he set an appointment for August 13, 2024. To ensure that everything was properly arranged, on August 12, 2024, I called Confidence Ford to speak with Jacob. I was told by the receptionist that he was on vacation. I explained the situation to her regarding the appointment and asked to speak to his boss to ensure all issues were set for my appointment the following day. After a considerable amount of time, I was connected with Casey Shults. I explained the situation regarding the appointment Jacob told me I had for August 13, 2024. Casey informed me that there was no appointment in the system for my car and since Jacob was on vacation he could not figure out what had happened. After considerable discussion, I suggested we start over and get an appointment. We discussed the lift gate problem and my extended warranty. Casey then said he could find no information about my extended warranty in the “system”. I advised Casey I would email him the necessary documentation associated with the extended warranty. I emailed this information to him on August 13, 2024. About a week passed and I had heard nothing from Casey regarding the email I sent. As a result, I sent a follow-up email on August 19, 2024 basically asking him where we stood on setting an appointment to get my lift gate repaired. He ghosted me... I never heard from him. At that point, I again contacted Confidence Ford and explained the experience I had with Casey and asked the receptionist for the name of Casey's boss. She indicated that his name was Chris Barker. She forwarded me to his phone. He did not answer so I left a voice message explaining the issue and the fact that I continue to be bounced around without anyone taking appropriate action. Chris Barker also ghosted me... I never received a return phone call from him.
Then, I AGAIN contacted Confidence Ford, AGAIN explaining the situation to the receptionist. She then connects me to another “Service Advisor” (THE FOURTH - Manuel Esparza). We spoke for a considerable amount of time discussing all the details of this issue. He expressed his sincere desire to actually get this matter resolved. He provided his email address. On August 27, 2024, I forward all documentation related to the lift gate problem and all extended warranty documents. Manuel also ghosted me. As of today (9/12/2024) I still have not received a call or email from ANYONE at Confidence Ford to assist in the proper resolution of this matter.
Clearly, they have simply run me around in circles for OVER six weeks... Even the MOST patient person on the planet would have totally lost it.... WAY BEFORE NOW... Frankly, I believe this CIRCUS had to be a planned event as NO ONE can possibly be that stupid and/or inconsiderate. After reading this review, do you really believe there can be that many (FOUR) absolute idiots in one organization???? That is most certainly statistically IMPOSSIBLE!!!
Apparently, they believe this type of egregious behavior is “ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE” at Confidence Ford... REALLY!!!
PS: I have all the email documentation and other associated items to support this review!!!
In closing... My recommendation … DO NOT LET ANYONE AT CONFIDENCE FORD EVEN TOUCH YOUR CAR KEYS!!!! This dealership should correct their name... It should be called “NO CONFIDENCE FORD”!

Confidence Ford is fantastic. I was greeted the moment I got there.
And The staff were so courteous and helpful and cheerful. Everyone was all smiles And made me feel like an important person to them. And the service was quick. I left feeling that I had really been taken good care of.

My experience from the get go was absolutely amazing! I have a severe amount of anxiety in professional settings like buying a new vehicle as I’m sure others do to and I Had TY take care of me, she was the very best I’ve ever dealt with! PLEASE request her if go to Confidence Ford in Norman! I’ll never NOT recommend them from now on!

Brycen was our salesman he was an awesome young man! He was very polite, and knew so much about the vehicle! I was very impressed by him!
The whole experience was laid back and relaxed, which was a nice change during a car buying experience. The whole team was very pleasant. Dan was very helpful as well!
