I asked for square and TINA really tries to do duck nails....then didn't even apologize for what she messed up.....the rest of the staff apologized for her...really unprofessional!!!

BEST NAIL SALON IN NORMAN ! so patient and kind. Stayed FORTY minutes after close to do a full set and didn’t rush not once. came out amazing as always

me and my mom had gone 3 times. today will be our last. the never charge the same price even tho we get the same thing every time. the guy who did my nails cut me 4 different time. mine or my moms nails are not even and all are different shapes. bruised my real nail. would not recommend.

Me and my sister got there around 6pm and they were closing @8pm. After me and my sister were sat down they asked what I wanted and I told her “almond shaped nails with black french tips” she asked for a photo, so I pulled one up. After looking at it she told me it would be $55. She gets done shaping them and putting the acrylic on and then when it got to the black tips, she was having trouble doing the shape I wanted and was clearly frustrated. I felt really bad and I was about to tell them just to paint it all black, but then she ended up having a different person come do them. As shown in the pictures, you can see that they’re so patchy and he rushed it and there was black paint left all over my hands. And after he was done he told me it would be $65. Even tho I was told $55. I know I should’ve said something but they already seemed frustrated and i’m very introverted. Also almost every one of my sisters nails (she got dip) are chipped now. (5 days later). I’ve been here before and they told me one price before and then a different one after. Also there’s no nail prep before and my sister got a hand massage after and he just put cuticle oil on my nails (that still had nail shaving all over it!!) and told me to rub it in. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

They made me bleed and didn’t file my nails correctly, also I got them done last night (acrylics) and they’re already chipping ?? And it was 65 for that??

Been using Laura for years. Sadly last time I came in for a full set, she wasn't there anymore.I gave a new guy a chance, but it did not compare to the services or work Laura provides.This time I decided to try a new salon seeing as I wasnt happy with my last set.WELL GUYS I FOUND LAURA!She is now at Boss Nail Spa!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I honestly had the worst experience.I got my nails done Thursday from the beginning they looked all jacked up but I’m not picky and didn’t want to have to wait longer for them to redo them, so I sucked it up, the next day my nails were already lifting up from the top of my nail so I went back to see what all could be done, they decided it, it could be fix by putting glue on my nails and asked me if the lifting was causing a problem like obviously I didn’t pay all that money for them to be lifting the next day. I honestly won’t be back

Set an appointment for 10am was gretted by staff with smiles and eager to help!! Very calm quiet and good music!!! For the price I paid worth every penny!!!
