Putting your three month old in daycare is a really hard decision, but the women who work in the infant room made me feel good about it every day. I know they took good care of my boy. If you are faced with the tough choice of putting an infant in daycare, you can feel safe doing it here. I'm really grateful to those ladies.

I know someone who works here, was verbally promised a raise, and the raise came in lower than promised AND two weeks late with no back pay. Absolute GARBAGE operation with NO STANDARDS. How can the administration truly be responsible for the welfare of the children there when this is how they treat their staff?

I'm not sure how well staff are paid and/or treated. Our child cycled through numerous teachers in just a few months before we decided to move on. The teachers would just be gone one day without any notice to parents. The facility is clean and modern.

Our now 3-year old son has attended Primrose School of Norman since he was 18 months of age. He on-boarded with Primrose prior to the general availability of a COVID-19 vaccination for his age group; upon enrollment my spouse and I agreed health and safety measures surrounding COVID at Primrose were adequately precautionary and sound. The decision to enroll given the conditions at that time was carefully considered; our son was the 2nd child administered the vaccine the day it became available in our area. Primrose has managed the pandemic situation well overall and has been clear in their related communications. This matters to us greatly.Since then our son has progressed through the Primrose curriculum into preschool, maintains a participation in varied crafts and activities in class, and has made true friends. I am confident in Primrose Norman's adherence to the standards of their parent organization with respect to curriculum and student safety. This would not be possible without the Primrose Norman staff and leadership (administrative and academic) who I've found to be dedicated, creative and present in their contribution to my son's education.

I can't begin to express how grateful I am to have found Primrose School of Norman. As a busy nurse, finding a childcare facility that provides exceptional care for my kids is of utmost importance to me. From the moment we enrolled, I knew we had made the right choice. Primrose School of Norman has not only exceeded my expectations but has also managed to impress my picky husband, which is no small feat! One of the standout qualities of this school is the genuine care and attention my children receive from the staff. Mrs. Crystal has been an absolute gem with our 4-year-old. Her dedication, patience, and nurturing nature have helped our little one blossom into a confident and curious learner. I am continually amazed at the progress our child has made under Mrs. Crystal's guidance.Equally praiseworthy is Mrs. Montana, who has been an angel in caring for our 1.5-year-old. Her unwavering patience and loving demeanor create a warm and nurturing environment where our little one feels safe and loved. We couldn't ask for a more attentive and dedicated caregiver for our youngest child. The commitment to excellence extends beyond the teachers to the owner, Mr. Nosa. His caring and hands-on approach have not only impressed us but have also provided us with immense peace of mind. Mr. Nosa's dedication to ensuring the well-being and happiness of every child is commendable. He goes above and beyond by answering my husband's calls anytime, day or night, to address any concerns or questions we may have. This level of accessibility and responsiveness is truly outstanding and demonstrates the genuine care Mr. Nosa has for the families at Primrose School of Norman.Beyond the exceptional staff, Primrose School of Norman offers a stimulating and engaging learning environment. -Extremely Disappointed with the Terrible Care at Primrose School of Norman-As a concerned mother, I am compelled to share my deeply negative experience with Primrose School of Norman. My two-year-old son attended this facility for a period of six months, and during that time, the level of care provided was nothing short of abysmal. I am infuriated by the lack of attention, constant turnover of staff, and disregard for the well-being of the children.-To begin with, my son was bitten not once, not twice, but a shocking four times during his stay at Primrose School of Norman. Each time, I expressed my concern to the staff, only to receive a dismissive response claiming they would "redirect" the child responsible for the biting. It was incredibly distressing to witness my child's safety compromised, and the school's nonchalant attitude towards such incidents was unacceptable.-One of the most concerning aspects of our experience was the constant turnover of teachers in my son's classroom at Primrose School of Norman. Over the course of six months, he had to adjust to seven different teachers, and on certain occasions, he was even dropped off in unfamiliar rooms with unfamiliar faces. This high turnover rate disrupted any chance for consistency and made it incredibly difficult for my son to feel secure or build trust with the staff.-It is disheartening to discover that the teachers at Primrose School of Norman are not adequately compensated for their work. Despite being the most expensive daycare in the area, the wages offered to the teachers are shockingly low. This not only undermines their morale but also raises concerns about the school's priorities. How can one expect quality care when the staff is undervalued and underpaid? It is simply unjustifiable. Moreover, my son's distress upon drop-off was a clear indication that something was amiss. Some teachers displayed terrible attitudes, which only added to his discomfort. The lack of proper attention resulted in my child developing frequent rashes due to inadequate diaper changes. The absence of staff consistency made it exceedingly difficult for him to feel at ease or establish a sense of belonging.-Primrose School of Norman may boast a new and visually appealing facility, but the care provided falls woefully short of expectations. At first, they showered parents with updates and pictures of their children through a dedicated app, but as time went on, the frequency and consistency of these updates dwindled. It felt as though their initial efforts were a mere facade to lure parents in.-Additionally, I was appalled by the excessive closure of the school due to weather conditions that were far from severe. It became apparent that Primrose School of Norman prioritized convenience over the needs of working parents, causing significant disruption to our daily lives.-To make matters worse, I personally witnessed teachers sleeping in other rooms while dropping off my child at Primrose School of Norman. This blatant negligence reflects a lack of professionalism and further erodes any trust or confidence one might have in the school's ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment.-Despite numerous complaints and concerns raised with the owner and front staff at Primrose School of Norman, it became evident that their pretense of caring was merely a façade. No proactive measures were ever taken to rectify the recurring issues we reported. This lack of action demonstrates a complete disregard for the welfare of the children and the concerns of their parents.-It is worth mentioning that the teachers at Primrose School of Norman are paid a meager wage of approximately $12 per hour, without any benefits. This is a stark contrast to other Primrose schools in the state that offer better compensation and benefits to their employees. The fact that benefits are only accessible after a certain tenure at the school is both unfair and exploitative.-He is now at a fantastic school and the care is massively superior than Primrose.

As the "Cool Uncle" responsible for picking up my mischievous nephews from Primrose School of Norman, I couldn't resist sharing my amusingly positive experience with this extraordinary place! Let me tell you, folks, this school is the real deal when it comes to keeping my two little troublemakers entertained and, dare I say, well-behaved.From the moment I walk through the doors, it's like entering a magical wonderland of giggles and laughter. The staff members at Primrose School of Norman must have a secret stash of energy drinks because they are on another level of enthusiasm! Their infectious smiles and high spirits make even the most reluctant child forget about the end-of-day exhaustion.Let's talk about the incredible activities they have going on there. It's like a non-stop circus, but with educational twists and turns. I've seen my nephews engaged in everything from finger painting masterpieces that would make Picasso proud to singing and dancing like mini rock stars. Oh, and did I mention the science experiments that somehow end up with me getting slimed? Yeah, those are the moments I live for!The teachers at Primrose School of Norman are the true superheroes of the establishment. They possess supernatural patience and an uncanny ability to decode the complex language of toddler gibberish. They've also mastered the art of redirection, seamlessly diverting my nephews' attention from their never-ending quest to explore every nook and cranny of the facility. I'm convinced they could handle a room full of rowdy monkeys with ease. Now, let's talk about the security measures at this place. It's like Fort Knox, but with adorable tiny humans. I have to go through more security checks than at an international airport just to pick up my nephews. It's impressive, really. I suppose it's their way of ensuring that the boys are returned to their rightful owners (and not whisked away by a well-intentioned but slightly mischievous uncle). And lastly, the greatest testament to Primrose School of Norman's success is the sheer joy radiating from my nephews when I pick them up. Their smiling faces and tales of newfound friendships and wild adventures speak volumes. It's evident that they are not only happy but also learning and growing in a nurturing environment. So, if you're seeking a place that will leave your little ones laughing, learning, and maybe even leaving Uncle covered in finger paints, look no further than Primrose School of Norman. With their outstanding staff, hilarious activities, and fortress-like security, they've won the heart of this proud and entertained uncle. Cheers to Primrose School of Norman for providing my nephews with a truly unforgettable experience!

I appreciate having a place I can take my child that allows me to go to work and not worry about her being taken care of or her well being. Every classroom and teacher has loved my girl so well, and I can't thank the staff enough for giving this mom that peace of mind every day.

If you want your child to have nightmares hospital visits from injuries while in the care of primrose with no explanation and a surprise disenrollment at 8pm with no explanation and no refund...then this is your place our child came home almost every day with multiple bites broken foot and god knows what else happened night terrors began shortly after...since moving to another location we have noticed our daughter happy again and the biggest improvement was no more injuries...we are not the only family that has been through this here so please reconsider go ANYWHERE else.
