DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE!!!! The owner was EXTREMELY disrespectful to me over the phone. I asked if she could groom my doodles on the weekend, and proceeded to complain about how she would need them there early because they take forever. THEN, proceeded to ask me why I did not go back to the grooming salon I used before her. To this I responded that one of my dogs had gotten burned and then denied that they sis and then said that it was my fault and that they did that to themselves. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!

My grandparents have dementia and my dog and I’m unable to get my dog back without upsetting them- they are having trouble keeping up with his nails and I just unfortunately haven’t been able to visit much. I picked up my dog to visit and when I noticed how long his nails were I started calling around and Pretty Puppy Parlor was able to take us in as a walk in and trim my sweet baby’s nails in under 5 minutes. I could not be more thankful for this experience with this business!

Shelley did a wonderful job! He looks absolutely adorable even though we had to shave him down. It was his first time I’ve ever had him groomed and he definitely needed it. I can tell he’s happier and not in pain from his knots. I never once felt judged and Shelley was great answering on how to care for his fur and prevent matting in the future. You can tell she loves the animals you bring to her and I couldn’t ask for a better grooming experience for him. I highly recommend her shop!

I have been taking my mini Aussie to Shelley for about 4-5 years. Shelley always takes great care of Bella and has her looking amazing when I pick her up.If your pup needs a fresh cut, you need to see Shelley @ Pretty Puppy Parlor!

Excellent customer service. We had a cancellation from another groomer and worked to get us in. Planning and scheduling an appointment 1-2 weeks in advance is their standard but very grateful for their help!

Shelly at Pretty Puppy Parlor has been grooming our pup, George, for over six years. She has a wonderful little studio and does great work. George always looks great and smells fresh and clean after his visits. George loves Shelly and always gets excited when I ask him: “Ya wanna go see Shelly.” He loves her and Shelly loves George. I would not want to take George any where else, and I’m certain he would not like that either.

Shelley & Pretty Puppy are hands down the best groomers we have ever used. Our Sissy dog was a rescue with quite the "personality". Her groom always looks fabulous and Shelley advises of any concerns she sees with skin, ears, paws, etc. The grooms are an "outing" for Sissy as she gets to see and smell other dogs. Sometimes I think she might be better behaved there . . . LOL!!

Our puppy trainer recommended Shelley and the Pretty Puppy Parlor to us about 3 years ago, and our miniature schnauzer Millie has been going to her ever since. We trust Shelley and her staff and Millie is very comfortable around her. When we pick her up she is happy, clean, and always had a bow or handkerchief on her to complete the look. I would recommend Shelley to anyone looking for a groomer who really pays attention and loves her clients and their families.

Shelley does a great job handling all of the grooming responsibilities of my large Standard Poodle. He has a very thick coat and is very hard to groom. He’s looks so handsome when he’s leaving a visit from Pretty Puppy Parlor. He’s always ready in a short amount of time and feels so much better after his appointment. I’m grateful to have a groomer that cares about him as much as I do!

I would definitely recommend Shelly at The Pretty Puppy Parlor! She has been grooming my furry family members for over 15 years. Her attention to detail, loving care and grooming skills are top notch. So would I recommend them well the pups give her 4 paws out of 4 paws!!!

Shelley Kear( the owner)is amazing with her fur clients little or large. Many years of experience. I brought a very frightened little pup for a nail trim. Shelley was able to get it done with absolutely no problem in a few minutes. I recommend her to all my fur parents.

Shelley and staff are fantastic and they really care about the dogs! My dog is very anxious so grooming can sometimes be difficult, but Shelley has been working with him for awhile now and he has really improved. Love this place!

We discussed service needs with Shelley prior to our appointment, provided pictures of our pup (from all angles), and she shared pricing with us. She was rather short with me on the phone, but I wrote it off as her just being busy...and because her place had several positive reviews. We arrived a few minutes early for our appointment, and after a very unpleasant exchange with Shelley, my son and I decided not to leave our pup with her. I was surprised by her argumentative and hateful tone. Additionally, she told us that our pup was not a Border Collie / Aussie mix, and that our vet's DNA results were wrong. My son and I sat in the car with our pup trying to wrap our heads around how we were just spoken to, and treated. We were taking our pup on a long roadtrip to Michigan, and really needed to have her groomed/de-shed. We drove to Bark on Main, and they worked our pup into their busy schedule the very same day. Bark on Main's prices were less, and everyone was super nice. The pic shared is of our pup at the lake in Michigan.
