“Nancy in the passport department was so kind!! I was a little nervous to apply for my first passport but she made the process so easy and she really cares for her customers. It was very nice to talk to her and felt so simple! Thank you so much Nancy!”
“There's two package pickup counters, which is way better than the one back home. However, the hours are inconvenient (like the one back home) and there's a processing lag of a few hours from when your package tracking says the package has arrived and when you can pick up your package from the office. The staff are very nice though.”
