I have enjoyed the experience of Pinot’s Palette a least a half dozen times over the last few years and I am never disappointed. The concept is simple: an instructor gives you an easel, some brushes, some paint and the steps to reproduce a painting while a bartender ensures you have a drink or some food to keep you comfortable. The experience lasts 2 hours. It is a great setting for a family outing, for a date, to have a good time with friends or for a birthday party with a large group. The paint classes are for all levels, and there is no judging, no good or bad way of painting. You will leave each class with having learned new skills. It is a great place nicely located in downtown Norman, with plenty of parking spots available. Highly recommended!

They have such kind instructors that are dedicated to teaching you and ensuring you are following along with their guidance. I went to this place a couple of times with my family, and we had fun! They do not shame anyone about their art and the way they draw. All they are doing is encouraging and wanting everyone to have fun! Be sure to check out Pinot's Palette's website to register for a spot. They have a couple of choices of arts you may want to do!

I have been to a few different places to paint in Texas and Oklahoma and this is the first time that I have had a negative experience. I could not have been more excited to paint a Harry Potter themed painting, but the instructor decided to paint on my canvas when I did not ask for any assistance. I am not an artist, but I worked really hard and got the painting to where I wanted it, and for me, it was extremely defeating to have the instructor paint over what I had tried to do. It made me cry and really ruined the rest of the experience for me. It wasn’t even halfway through the class and I was already ready to leave. The group that was next to me, asked for some assistance and she painted on their canvas and decided to do mine when I did not want anything else done to my canvas. She didn’t even ask, she just did it. She also accidentally grabbed a different color and mixed it in and caused another issue with my painting. I’ve been once before to this facility, and asked for some assistance for me and my son, and only got a few VERBAL tips. I have never seen an instructor paint on anyones canvas at any facility that I have been to. I can understand that she was willing to help and was very kind but for me, I did not ask for help or want anyone painting on my canvas. Pinots Palette is only a few blocks away from where I live but next time I want to paint I would rather drive 45 minutes to okc for a better experience.

Great fun for the whole family. Shocked they had a full list of beverages to choose from. From coffee to wine.

We had a nice date night here last weekend. The instructor was really great! My painting was weak because of me, not her! The only reason I'm not doing 5 stars is because of the bar. I am in recovery and ordered a Virgin Butter Beer, which was amazing! However, when the female bartender came to give me a refill, she gave me the version with alcohol. I thought it tasted off, but my partner said it didn't taste like alcohol, so I drank more of it. It wasn't until I felt the heat in my chest that I realized I was right. I went up and asked her, hoping I was wrong, but she confirmed she had made the alcohol version. She was apologetic. I'm grateful I'm far enough in recovery that it didn't trigger me. But still.

The owner of Pinot's Palette is awesome. He is very friendly and encourages everyone to be creative. The drink specials are delicious. If it's a Friday night out, I recommend them. This experience is a must have.EDIT: Google review from the phone can be dangerous. Accidentally left 4 star review.

I did my first class with my sister Rose and my niece, Summer on January 9th and we had a great time together. It was right after my husband died and I needed to do something fun. We painted a lighthouse on wood. We all did pretty good and I do want to go back and paint some more.

We did our daughter's 10th birthday party here. The people at Pinot' Palette was very helpful and cordial. They helped in whatever way they could to make the event a great experience for us. John made the entire process of scheduling the tour, selecting the painting, arranging for everything very easy. The fruit punch they provided was a big plus. The kids loved it, so did we!

We did a memorial event here with a private party of 20+ and it was absolutely perfect. The event was tailored to our needs, and communication to set the event up was superior. Pinots palate made a memory for us in a difficult time in my families lives and I am so grateful to have had someone so helpful and flexible with us.

Wow, what an absolutely awesome experience!! Went for my wife’s birthday, the bartender went above and beyond to treat her and make her feel so special! The instructor was so funny and sweet, and the energy all around was amazing! We had great drinks, not to mention the ones on the house for my wife’s birthday! The bartender taught her some about wine and we all are still talking about what a fun time we had!
