It was my chonko kitty's first groomer trip ever, and she wasn't happy. They took the time to soothe her and were very careful to not hurt her. You can tell these people love animals. Definitely going to be a regular here and spread the word. Don't forget your rabies record!!

1111 N Flood Ave, NormanMy grandparents have dementia and my dog and I’m unable to get my dog back without upsetting them- they are having trouble keeping up with his nails and I just unfortunately haven’t been able to visit much. I picked up my dog to visit and when I noticed how long his nails were I started calling around and Pretty Puppy Parlor was able to take us in as a walk in and trim my sweet baby’s nails in under 5 minutes. I could not be more thankful for this experience with this business!

We got our dog when he was over a year old and he had no previous training. We knew he would be a high energy and a highly driven dog, but Brad has helped guide me in his training to a much happier dog and us as his family! There is a method and sequence of training of which I was unaware. Brad has done this for many years and has amazing knowledge, not only for Malinois, but dogs in general. I reached out to Michael at really good pets for help in correcting these behaviors. We have only had a few sessions and my Luna is learning and responding to all methods we have learned so far. She is already a different dog than when we started. At our last session my husband even made the comment to Luna "who are you?" Because she has done so well. All the credit goes to Michael. Seriously, he's the best. I can not wait to see how far we come in our training journey with Michael's help!! If your looking for a good dog trainer, Michael is your guy.

They’re very hands-on, giving your dog lots of care, love, & playtime, as well as going the extra mile. Athena had separation anxiety and didn’t want to eat; so, they put chicken broth over her food to get her to eat. Also, they texted pics and updates regularly; plus, we could watch our baby on their cameras. If you need to board your dog, this is the place to do it!

I was able to incorporate the behaviors all 3 of my labs learned at school into our everyday life. They have all been gentle well behaved dogs. The gift she gives each student dog and owner is a start to a wonderful relationship. I feel like the best part of her program is the “magic” or place. My dogs sit on a carpet when we have company or are eating dinner! Anyone who has labs knows this is a miracle. My lab Gabby and I are choosing to do more training we come for lessons and she is teaching me more. More manners, more fitness, more skills. Most of all she is teaching me how to train my dog. Gabby loves learning more ❤️. This is making my relationship better with Gabby and its giving Gabby more freedom and making her life better. I had heard about the boarding program. Its wonderful. When you leave town your trained dog is welcome to stay and board. When you return you have another lesson and see what new skills your dog has learned. This promotes a lifetime of learning and training.

Let's start with the positives: really cool place that's easy to find. Food is tasty. Unfortunately we had an issue where my order came out wrong...from what I overheard they gave my sandwich to someone else and had to remake my order. When I pointed out the error, there was a lot of confusion on how to handle it. That being said, I'd probably come back here if we're ever down in Oklahoma again...would love to be there for some live music in the back. PS: How much are your t-shirts? Looked but couldn't see a price.

Ordered a medium tropical mango with toppings and it was flavoursome and fulfilling for 2 people. They have a variety of toppings and you can have as many varieties as you want in it. I'd recommend you have waffle crisps to include in your toppings. The ambience was very good. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating's couch was too forward leaving little space for the seat which I felt was a bit uncomfortable. But there are chairs too.

The tea list was quite large which excited me, they had simple ginger tea, to more unique herbs like butterfly pea flower tea and lemongrass.
The barista was very sweet to me engaging in conversation and sharing her favorite drink recommendations and answering all my questions.
I was disappointed at the limited food items. They only had sweets and I was hoping to get myself something savory and substantial.

The matcha latte was made with the pure powder upon my request. ( i was told they usually use a concentrate) but I’m someone who drinks matcha regularly and wanted to taste the natural tea powder. I loved that they used the traditional matcha whisk and utensils. The matcha tea however was of poor quality- the color, taste, and flavor were not representative of the beautiful tastes of genuine matcha. ( muddy green color with a very bitter astringent taste(which I think would be intolerable for most) probably why they stick to a concentrate
Overall it was a basic coffee house with some unique flavors, lovely atmosphere, and good service. Nothing too outstanding/ extra ordinary
I’d come again, just not for matcha ?
And recommend a regular matcha drinker to try somewhere else
