Always love coming here. The people are so nice and helpful. The dog washing stations are nice and clean. I love how my dog smells after we get home and it stays with him for weeks after. 10/10 best place to take care of your dog in the metro area.

Love this store. And now that my pets have had q taste of what they have to offer, they turn their nose up to any other food or treats I may buy from any other store . I am very frugal , and upon first shopping st Pawtopia, I compared their prices with those of all other major petfood stores and local chain stores. Pawtopia's prices beat the others hands down. I have a senior that requires a certain food and nutritional standards and Pawtopia has everything he requires and verity that other places don't. This store also donates proceeds to shelters in the local area which is a big plus for me . The staff is exceptional in knowledge as well as personality . And to add a personal touch to each visit , they remember my name and who I am. Huummm .. I wonder if that's because never spend less than 150.00 when I go ??? Nahhhh.. go to Pawtopia . You won't go anywhere else and your furbabies will love u even more for it.

My puppy was having some severe allergies we spent our Saturday at the vet trying to find some solutions. We walked into Pawtopia, and Donna and the other ladies there greeted us and walked us through the whole process of changing our puppies' diet. The staff there are so caring and very knowledgeable about each product. It was a great experience, and I will not go anywhere else for my pets needs. The best part was she said if our puppy didn't like the food we could bring the food back and she would refund us but more importantly she would find something that works for our Samuel.

Great selection! Lots of natural dog/cat treats, enrichment feeders, supplements, and the self dog wash is a big plus. My cats and my dog love to come browse and pick out treats, and the employees are always so kind and friendly.

They have a wonderful program for dogs that were just adopted or on "staycations"!
We got 1 free self wash and some cool treats and food for free!
The employees are so awesome and so kind! They gave the dogs treats and love and helped us with getting our new dog set up!
Will be back!

Always a great experience ! Giving my dog a bath there makes it easy. So many treats & toys to reward your dog or cat.
