there’s so much stuff everywhere i tripped over a box fan and accidentally cracked a vase. i was very apologetic and was going to pay for it but the lady who runs the place was super hateful and tried to press charges over something that wasn’t my fault to bein with. the floor was even wet. do NOT go here

I’ve found pretty good pieces here, but there is this one INCREDIBLY RUDE older lady who works here and a few months back thought it was okay for her to hit my boyfriend on the head…? She asked if we knew about some show/movie and when we said no, she literally smacked him on the head, HARD. I was shocked at what happened, so in the moment I didn’t even say anything, which I regret. We don’t even know your NAME. In what world is it acceptable to assault anyone??? This review is late because I went here a few days ago and was surprised to see she is still working here. Fire her.

Nice, tidy, and yes - good-smelling - store with cute, cool, trendy and vintage items that are priced much lower than both The Salvation Army and Goodwill.

Witnessed the cashier be INCREDIBLY rude to multiple people while I shopped. My 1.5 year old was being fussy while I was checking out and the cashier made inappropriate jokes by asking if my child wanted her to “spank/beat mommy up for being a bad mommy”. Absolutely disgusting behavior for so many reasons. I will never be back & encourage management to strongly reassess this persons employment as I am clearly not the only person who has experienced this type of behavior from them.

I enjoy shopping at this Thrift store and they Always play the positive and uplifting Christian music while Im shopping. I usually find some great bargains and very affordable prices and the times I don't is because I can't find my size in clothes and shoes ?. The customer service is wonderful and always have a kind personality with a smile. This is how to have a successful business ?

I sure hope they’ve turned things around at this store. One persons with multiple complaints pretty much harassing people and being rude. I’m thinking about stopping by for the first time just hope they got rid of the crazy employee lady thats rude to everyone

This is the WORST thrift store to shop at. Not only do they never have anything worth buying, but the employees are RUDE. The store is dirty and the employees loudly discuss politics while others are trying to peacefully shop. If you’re wanting to go to Outreach, I’d recommend the one on 12th Ave. MWC location is nice as well.

I really like the store as far as selection, etc. However, the lady that works at the cash register is very rude. Maybe she was just having an off day? But I'm hesitant to go back because of her attitude.

Stopped in for the first time and found a few things but the lady running the cashier was so rude and condescending towards us and every other customer that we decided to put our items back and leave. We won’t be back.
