I was walking in with little to no knowledge on car loans, and walked out with a pre-approval and great help from the loan officer there, Brianna Murphy. She exceeded expectations and was able to get me finalized with a car later that day. I recommend OU Federal Credit Union if you need fast and reliable services ?

Absolutely outstanding service! With two vehicles financed through OU Federal credit union I can't say enough about about how they go above and beyond for their clients. We worked with Jasmine on both of our loans and she was so helpful and welcoming to any questions we had. Thank you!

They never answer phones, I’ve called more than once and it’s rang for over 15 minutes each time, just to make a car note payment. In person is just as bad. Truly a horrible experience at OU Federal.

I've been with them for 4 years with a loan and they are terrible. They repoed my vehicle (branch manager agreed it was a miscommunication on their end and I still had to pay $1,500 to get my car back from repo. Every payment I make if I use the app always 3 days later says the funds aren't available in my other account then I am unaware of it til 3 weeks later. Terrible to do business with.

I have been trying to call the bank all day. There is no answer and no way to leave a voice mail. If someone will please call me back, I will remove this 1 star review, otherwise, people should know that you don’t answer your phone during business hours. I am trying to figure out why the bank keeps approving transactions even though there is not enough money in my account. I have filled out the form to cancel that service multiple times, but they keep paying out and charging me 20 dollars each time. This service has cost me over 500 dollars the last 2 months, even though I have requested many times not to be part of this program.

I don’t think I have ever left a one star review for any company , but I feel as though it is necessary given the circumstances. I have been a member of OUFCU for 7 or so years now. I went through the drive thru today to withdraw money from my account and the blonde woman (idk her name ) didn’t say a single word to me . No hello. Didn’t even ask me if I wanted a receipt . Just took my deposit slip then gave my money to me and that was it . Literally not a single word. Now I understand we all have our bad days or off days , but I work in customer service as well and to not say one word to a customer is not okay. I was looked at rudely and treated like I was a burden for being there which is inexcusable. Please do better . Like I said I’ve been a member for years and would hate to switch banks ,but I will if need be because I won’t be treated that way again .

I applied for an auto loan online as a new customer to OU Federal Credit Union, and within a few hours, they had me approved and gave me all the details I needed to get the loan done. Jasmine was super helpful and informative about the process, and really made everything easy. It was an awesome experience.

Staff is always friendly, but this is not the first time that I have had issues with the unprofessional atmosphere due to a dog that a staff member brings to work. It's quite difficult communicating with the staff while a dog keeps barking. I don't believe it is a service dog of some sort. It's just not a place that staff should bring in their animals and it's not really what's best for the dog either, hence the constant barking. Maybe try a doggie daycare? Other than that, the place is great.

Horrible management, especially the CEO. Remote workers who don't want to take calls. Rude tellers, especially the CEO's son who is rude and condescending. Good luck getting a branch manager to speak to you. The phone will just ring over and over. Staff turnover is ridiculously high. That's a sign of bad management. They will open an account and tell you the bare minimum and then you find out later you were given a "crimson checking" and can't deposit checks unless they put a hold on them. There are many better options out there. Don't go here.

I had a great experience with OU Federal Credit Union when purchasing a new car. I was able to use my phone to complete the application and sign the terms. I was so thankful to be assisted by Jasmine Soler who was fantastic. Jasmine was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. She made buying my new car (which is often a stressful situation) a great experience. I hadn’t purchased a new car in 15 years so having Jasmine walk me through the process and give me a Pre-Approval with a great interest rate helped me take control when handling the dealerships. OUFCU has always been great to me and I’m glad I’ve been a member for so long.
