I drive all over the Oklahoma City metro area.
There is always some sort of problem at this gas station.
Either the pumps will not let you prepay. Or they are all out of printer paper for the receipt. Or the cashier doesn't turn on the pump because they constantly get confused. Or some other issue.
They just never get it right here.

We go here often to get drinks and snacks. The staff is friendly and is always clean. The bathrooms are kept very clean as well.

Typical oncue. Can be a bit hard to turn into during traffic hour. There seem to be a lot of out of service pump lately

I usually loved OnCue but the gas pumps were different. I was having problems and I called five times from the pump with no response. I gave up and went to an EZ Go on the turnpike!!! I will not go there again. It was like you had to go inside to pay for gas on your card????

Sitting at the drive-thru at 7:40 a.m. for over 5 minutes with no one at the window. When I went inside to inquire the girl was just sitting up front no one cared that a customer waited 5 minutes. No apology no explanation not even the manager had anything to say about it. I was given Dirty Looks by every employee simply for questioning that I wasted my time and my gas trusting you with my money. I'll go back to 7-Eleven thank you very much

I normally don’t use public restrooms to do a number two, over the last few years in an emergency I have stopped and used a OnQueue, because they have the cleanliness that gives me comfort.This is the dirtiest restroom in Norman ok! If you have to use the restroom In an emergency I would bypass this one!

One of the worst Oncues I've ever been to. Bathrooms were disgusting with dried pee all over the walls and floor, so it's been there a while. The drink and condiments station looks like it was hit by the apocalypse. Overall disappointed.

Love oncue, but y’all need to get some sun shades or blinds up behind the counter for your customers and your employees sake. One of the employees said she has been asking for them for over year. Get them and us some relief from the brutal evening sun.
