I can guarantee that you will not find better customer service than the guys at OTD in Norman, Ok. I’ve been through all the dealerships around the metro and there’s no comparison!

One of the best buying experiences I've had. They had exactly what I wanted at a great price. To top it off, the customer service was second to none! Mason took good care of me and made sure my trailer was prepped for my long drive home. I drove 700 miles each way to buy from them and I'd happily do it again!

Bought a car hauler from here, and let me say I’m VERY impressed. They had the exact spec I wanted (super hard to find a hauler with higher than 3500# axle rating.) They set the trailer aside for me 2-3 days prior. They had the paperwork drafted and finalized in about 10 minutes. The negotiated the price of the trailer. They even gave me a HELL of a deal on putting a spare on it.
While they were bolt checking it, I got to hang out with Bittles. Honestly one of the best buying experiences I’ve had to date. If I had to nitpick one thing, I’d have to say keep more accessories in stock! I wanted some rhino straps, chain, padlock, trailer lock etc and unfortunately I had to order those. Would’ve loved to get them on site, but regardless, 10/10 experience.

Great experience! Mason was very helpful in finding/reserving the trailer I was looking for. I drove 2 hours to pick up the trailer and they already had all paperwork done upon my arrival. Jake answered any questions I had and they hooked everything up to my truck and I was on my way in no time. They have the excellent pricing and customer service on the trailers, and we'll be visiting them for our next trailer. Highly recommend!

Joel was great to deal with. Handled everything on the phone. Sent an employee down to pick up the trailer the next day. Will definitely go back for a tilt trailer.

If I could give Jake & OKTD 5000 stars I would. Honestly one of the best places I've done business, which has turned into reoccurring business sales and service. I've bought a few trailers, it's been painless, fast smooth transaction. Pricing was transparent, his staff is always willing to help and answer questions.I just dropped off a trailer for service and it was done same day. Jake and his service manager were honest about what was needed and what wasn't, probably saved me $1000+ on repairs I thought were necessary but weren't. The honesty and integrity Jake and staff have is second to none in any business, I can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic crew at OKTD!!Took 15 minutes to get through their application system for applying for a loan. Came back with an answer in less than 5 minutes. Honest process.Showed up, did the ol John Hancock thing. Otd after some good laughs. Good day!I am definitely going to be back if I need that dump trailer.
