I got out of contract with them due to our business going out of business. My 1st phone call was end of June 1st of July. I had to pay $2900 to get out of contract with the supplier of the printer. I contacted them to end my contract with them due to not having the printer anymore. I am still getting billed for this. I have called them every month and also asked them to take me off of autopay. Nothing has been done. I am still getting billed 3 months later. Apparently whoever answer the phone doesn't follow through on what they told me they would do. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!***************** ********, **

Terrible customer service, the techs barely communicate if they go out to the locations at all. The CS reps are barely helpful. I have been having serious issues the last 6 months. The owner refuses to respond to emails and will not answer my calls.

We have a contract for Oklahoma Copiers to service our 5 main copiers on campus. We have a special copier through grant that is not in the service contract. I called today to get a quote on servicing this copier. The girl handling the call was new and had to keep begging someone to help her handle the call. When she asked, twice, someone would start to help and then back away and not answer any of my questions. The rate they gave me was $150 for the first hour and then $40 every 15 minutes after that PLUS any parts or labor. That is pretty vague. I have a $8,000 piece of equipment and they could not spare just a few minutes to help me sort out the maintenance. Super disappointed.

After paying cash for a new copy machine 15 years ago and faithfully paying the monthly service agreement for the entire period, we finally ended our contract with this company recently. The manager repayed us for 15 years of faithful business by saying he would be sending someone to remove the toner cartridges from the machine. The cartridges are only about one quarter full and we have always just thrown them away when empty. Needless to say, we'll never do business with OCS again and will warn others about the company.

Called the Oklahoma Labor Board on this company for taking wages from me. This company is a joke and surprised it's even at the rating it is. Let's just say they condone assaulting their own employees and willing to put you in near death situation in order for a copier to make it where it needs to go no matter how bad the cars and trucks don't run and without a/c in the 105 degree heat...

I have had a "loaner" copier in my office at work for 5 months. I have sent over 9 emails, 2 phone calls, 1 email to the president, spoke to a serviceman, in person, and sent one certified letter asking them to please come pick up this copier. They delivered our purchased copier, in February of 2021, but still have not picked this one up. I am so disappointed in this company and I am truly surprised they are still in business. They are free to contact me and discuss this anytime. Susan

I’m completely impressed with the amount of money they give to schools, toward scholarships, and their community. Their employees also receive monetary awards. They must have a big heart and I suspect their copiers, service and customer service is just as exceptional as the gifts they give. Oklahoma Copier Solutions you are a shining example to other businesses!!
