“These guys will take care of you. I had weird sound coming from my front wheel after tire rotation from Discount Tires. Went back to Discount Tires, they were not sure what the problem was. They recommended me to take my car to Brookhaven Auto and have them take a look. It took no more than 30 mins for Brookhaven to figure out the issue. They called Discount tire for me to explain the issue so they could fix it. They did all this for me for FREE. I will go back to them for future issues.”
“My cousin suggested I go here, and I see why he did! I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Sooner Auto — they are my go-to. There were a handful of very unfortunate fixes over the past year. Timothy always took good care of my Subie while being transparent and even checking in with a phone call to give me updates (and was so patient and empathetic when I’d cry on the phone)! Dakota would always follow up with a call or text to see how my car was doing. I had a devastating car issue with a time crunch, and Tim took initiative to make sure my car would make it to Boston safely (it did!) .
I 100% recommend Sooner Auto to anyone. They do their research before diagnosing a problem. They are kind and respectful. “Visiting in Norman from PA, I was using daughter in laws car and got a screw in the back tire. After calling several other places and explaining my circumstances this business was the only one that said "bring it right in" after putting his address in my GPS I realized he was only 5 minutes from where I was. Drove right there and took me right in and got me right out. Very friendly, very clean shop, and very understanding of my circumstance. The price for fixing my tire was absolutely reasonable. I took his card and gave it to my son so he can use him in the future. TO THE OWNER, THANKS FOR FIXING ME UP AT THE LAST MINUTE.”

“The only reasons I am here is because I can use my tax exemption and the close proximity to home. I understand the need for Walmart to conduct business in the way that they do is because of the litigious society that we cannot escape from but it would be fantastic if the mechanics that work here were permitted to be mechanics and not have their hands tied by ridiculous rules. The nice lady that checked me in told me at 7:10 that Walmart Auto Care doesnt accept appointments at 7am for tire changes becasue they require a minimum of two techs on hand. Ummm...how am I or any other customer supposed to know that when the Walmart appointment app doesnt specify that? Furthermore, the same nice lady had no ability whatever to check her inventory to see that the tires that I ordered online were physically here. Twenty-four minutes after my appointment my car is back in the bay. I am going to see if they put the correct tires on my car and, more importantly, if they tighten the lug nuts! Poor mechanics...Walmart pays them just enough to keep coming back to work here everyday. Ohhh, I almost forgot...Goodyear makes light passenger vehicles just outside of Dayton, Ohio and in Lawton, Oklahoma, USA. I order tires online and they come from California. Walmart's shipment tracking system sucks!!! I sure hope that the tires that I ordered are actually here at the store. I'll find out several hours from now. I'll let you know. Later...well I'll be. I actually ended up with the same number of lug nuts that I came in with. I'll bump this up to a four-star review.”
