I want you to know I am all in with Norman Strength & Conditioning! I accepted their 6 week challenge in January of 2022. My life has changed. I feel good , look good, and enjoy my workouts. Veterans are at home here. #getup. #showup #getsome ??

I've been going to Norman Strength and Conditioning since October, and I'm addicted! The atmosphere is next level. The people are super friendly. To be honest, it's fun going in every day! I've gone to other gyms, and it never stuck. This one is different! Can't recommend enough!

Josh and the staff at Norman Strength offer a great service to the community. The facility is great and the staff are knowledgeable. More than anything, they are client-centric and consistently provide superior customer service.
