Don't even bother. You wait two weeks for an appointment and then they call the morning of your appointment and cancel. Go ANYWHERE else.

Dr Saul's was one of the most uncompassionate people I've ever met. My husband had open wounds all down his legs and could barely walk. He had his nurse dress his wounds and afterwards I asked him if he could help with his pain. He said get rid of the infection and the pain will go away. I told him we had started him on antibiotics and he got upset saying that would mess up the blood work on the labs he wanted done. He then just walked out of the room saying just come back in a week. I wound up taking my husband to the emergency room where they helped with his pain and informed me they dressed his legs with the wrong dressings. Do not go to Dr Sauls

Have been to this facility off and on for 2 years with my brother. Yesterday, 1 nurse visited the room 1st removing the bandages from my brother. She was very professional. Next, Dr. Delcambre came in with a different nurse. He was quite professional as well. He told us that he wanted to perscribe 2 different medications. I asked what pharmacy. He said the nurse would handle it. The last nurse to come in dressed my brothers wound then left the room saying we were done. Upon check out, I inquired with Heather what pharmacy was called as there was no information on the post appointment papers we were given. She said she didn't know because it wasn't her department. I then saw the nurses gathered behind me in the office of the head nurse. I asked them what pharmacy and when it would be sent. I was RUDELY told that they would be called in later in the day to the pharmacy on file. I asked what pharmacy they had on file. Then the nurse rustled through my brothers chart like I had asked for the moon and told me. I said it would have been nice if you had verified this with us in the room. It is my opinion that there are 3 different groups of people at this facility that only know/care about their department and DON'T communicate with any other department..hope to see this change during future appointments.

I’ve been going to this wound care center for almost a year now. I’ve had poor service provided from the facility. When the nurses enter the room they don’t knock before entering or mention their names. I was threaten by the Dr. to being hospitalized for my wound due to this office not providing me any of the medical supplies to cover my wound. Every time I’ve asked why my supplies have not been shipped it’s blamed on the supplier. When given the phone number to the supplier I was told they haven’t received any supply order for my wound since Oct. 18th of 2022 now we’re in 2023. How exactly do you except for someone to keep their wounds protected and taken care of is not provided with the supplies needed. Not only do they not order your supplies but the staff in this office is racist there have been several times I come in early for my appointment and others are seen before me and when I’ve ever visited this office I’m the only black male there. If you are considering this place I highly suggest you go somewhere else that will provide you and your loved ones the care they deserve.

My Nan has been a patient, for several different wound care issues, over the past 5 years. The staff has always been kind and treated her with dignity and respect. Dr. Delcambre has been excellent in caring for her recent wounds. The nurses are very efficient and treat her wounds gently but effectively. The staff at the front is office are professional and answer questions and assist with appointments that satisfy our schedule. At one visit, while Nan was being treated, I had a hypoglycemic episode and the front desk noticed immediately I was in trouble. The quickly brought out an nutritional drink that brought my sugar up to bring me out of the episode. I was so grateful they were quick to act and noticed someone was in trouble. There are a lot of negative reviews for this Wound Care Clinic, however, we have not experienced any negative issues and would highly recommend this clinic for wound care.

The receptionist in the front are very nice and helpful. As for the nurses and that a different case. The are rude don’t even introduce themselves when walking in the room. They have no since of privacy being my husband has a wound in a spot he doesn’t wish to be on display for others to see. We had more then one occasion where the nurses have walked in when his wound was covered didn’t even knock before entering. On top of all that we’ve had multiple problems where he’s supplies are not getting ordered for his wound. Just last week I was told is our responsibility to order his supplies that was never addressed to us. I can see why this place is reviewed so low. I’ve also seen where there have been reviews that a lot of the staff seem racist and now I know why we have experienced such poor quality of service. Being every time we come in to a Dr visit my husband is the only black patient that is ever there.

The staff here are rude. When reporting a doctor Sauls to them for being dismissal and allowing a paient to have flesh that was BLACK and said it was completely normal. When going to another doctor that was not here and with a different facility sent us to the ER because the BLACK FLESH is not at all normal it means its dead tissue. My grandfather almost died because of the negligence of Dr. Sauls at wound care. Do not see this QUACK of a doctor. Even when I reported him to the hospital supervisors above him they said he did nothing wrong in his care. Do not use THIS NORMAN REGIONAL FACILITY THEY ARE NOT THERE TO CARE FOR YOU. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND SEVERALLY OVERCHARGE YOU AND ARE VERY RUDE

I was referred to the clinic by my primary care physician to treat a cut I received on my shin from a fall. I have United Healthcare AARP Advantage PPO insurance which requires a $245 copay for an Outpatient facility. While I can’t complain about the care received on the first visit, I was sent for additional tests with another $155 copay, loaded up with bandage supplies sent via UPS(not sure yet what that’s going to cost yet), and when I inquired about what my insurance was paying after my 3rd visit (with another visit scheduled) I was told that the follow up visits are coded and also charged as Outpatient surgery to the tune of $245 per visit, out of pocket, the same as the initial visit. The follow-ups consisted of less than 5 minutes with the Doctor to clean the cut, and a fresh bandage from a nurse. After speaking with my insurance carrier, they are at a loss as to why the follow-up is coded as outpatient surgery, but can only process as the hospital submits the claim. The clinic has a sign posted regarding copays are you be paid at time of service, but none were collected, and I was not made aware of the ongoing cost. After the initial visit, had I known that each follow-up required the same copay, I certainly would have rethought continuing their care, which is questionable whether ongoing care was/is needed. I don’t consider this an insurance issue, as much as a money grab by the clinic. Beware…

DO NOT EVEN TRY TO BE SEEN HERE! I have been actively trying to be seen here since the 17th. Debbie kept telling me that they could not see me without a referral from my doctor because of my insurance. My doctor's office said they sent in referrals several times and they also had a referral from Norman regional er. I even called my insurance, who said they DID NOT require a referral, and Debbie argued with me that they do. Stephanie, the office manager, also argued with me about needing a referral. Meanwhile, my infection is getting worse. If I end up losing this toe, I will be suing the pants off of them! I ended up calling Midwest City wound care and got an appointment. Unfortunately, they can't get me in until the 7th. It's terrifying thinking that I may lose a toe or even more just because of Debbie delaying the care that I desperately need. Please reconsider before using Norman wound care. I now refuse to go to any of Norman regional offices or hospital. They will NOT get 1 more penny from me or my insurance.ETA: I've already talked to the patient liason and she did NOTHING for me! FYI, I was seen in Midwest city on the 7th and the infection is in the bone!! I had part of my toe, including bone, cut off that day! When I was in the er, the xray showed no infection, so Debbie delaying my care caused the infection to get in the bone. If you're reading this and you're a malpractice lawyer, please contact me! It's my username all together on Instagram.ETA: UPDATE: 10/11/21 Today my toe was amputated. Thank you Norman wound care and Debbie for delaying my care. Without you, I wouldn't know what it's like to have joined the amputee club. Now that things will have slowed down and I won't have multiple doctor appointments every day trying to save the toe and trying to fight the MRSA infection, I will be actively calling lawyers until I find one that is willing to take my case. For those needing wound care, Dr. Gilmore at Midwest City wound care was amazing. She fought so hard for me with doctors trying to save the toe. From getting a cardiologist at ou to see me within 2 days to fighting with infectious disease to give me the treatment to try to kill the mrsa infection, to trying weekly to save my toe. She's one hell of a doctor and if you can make the trip there to see her, I can promise she'll do you right. Avoid Norman, unless you want to experience amputation as well.

People were nice until I call back to get answers. They need to treat people with respect. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service skills. All doctors care about is if you have Covid so that they can make more money, otherwise you can just die.

Poor bedside manner. Non-caring. Avoid Drs not listed on their webpage (Dr. Z.). It is all about the money. Seriously, they told me that a consult was $2025. The MD walked in, told me he wouldn't get involved (2nd opinion) walked out without saying a word, leaving my wound unwrapped. No one came in to tell me to leave or wrap my wound. I walked out without them giving me anything to cover it. I'd avoid the them altogether, but the fact is, one doctor doesn't represent
