Dr. Allen B. and staff were very professional and actually listened! For an ER visit, it went smoothly. Thanks again!

I had to visit Norman ER on Tecumseh Rd today
It amazes me the Quality, Talent and Genuine Care that is displayed there and at the ER on Hwy 9
Thanks for all you do
I'm 75 and have some problems that only flare up at night or on holidays
That does seem to bother the NRER staff
Thank You!!!

Our 2 year old son woke up in the middle of the night crying and with a “barking” cough. We took him into the Healthplex ER. They got him in quickly. Everyone was so kind and helped out 2 year old feel calm. They reassured us, listened to us, and were very thorough.

This place use to be a great hospital, after remodeling it looks beautiful but the quality of care has majorly declined. Im not sure if they just merged completely with the porter location but the difference between the hospitals before and after remodeling is astounding! Getting east side Norman regional care vs west side. I hope this place can be as great as it use to be before remodeling, they really were amazing but now not so sure the quality of care has declined by a mile. Writing this in hopes of better experiences!

Bigger and fancier isn’t always better! Much more complex and irritating to get around. Everything is cramped together. Parking sucks! The people who work there are wonderful and helpful. Appreciate them for the care of my dad. But had to wait so long to get a room.

6 hours waiting in the ER for the results of a CT scan. After 4 hours I was told all the scans are sent out to another facility for the Radiologist to read. Brand new facility with no Radiologist on duty? Friendly staff but horrible service. Please do not bring your loved ones here if they need emergency care!. The wait time is exhausting!

My husband has been in the New Critical Care Tower (IMC/PCCN) 2 different times the last 10 days. If I could give a 10star, I would! The staff has been unbelievable! They are all caring, empathetic, knowledgeable, and treat you like they would if it was their family member. My husband will do his own review when we are discharged, and he will name every single person on his review who have been with him through this awful time!! God Bless all of them! Also, Christine, the director of this tower was so personable and came into our room!

Every nurse and aide was so friendly, courteous and helpful. From check in to discharge it’s been a great experience. I appreciate all they did for me!

I have been waiting with my girlfriend to urgently see a doctor for over two hours for a medical emergency. Never have I ever seen so many people who need help wait so long that they give up and go home, the families seem so disappointed. The vending machine here only has coke, Diet Coke, and Fanta. Seems crazy for a hospital not to have bottled water. The staff was wonderful, the waiting room was not.

Been waiting for an MRI since yesterday. Used my call light this morning no one came. No doctors doing rounds. No nurse to talk to. It’s embarrassing and sad.

I don’t understand all these negative reviews. My wife delivered our baby last week with Norman HealthPlex Labor and Delivery. The nurses were exceptionally kind and provided the most humane treatment to our family. Such an amazing group of people and exceptional service. Thank you Dr. Parker for everything.

Impossible I thought, a five star review for a hospital? Nope. Very possible. Here goes: Cardiac unit, PCCU. Two days. Never had even one disappointment with any of the superb staff. Everyone was friendly, careful and caring. Not a single occasion of any disappointment. Amazing. Risking cliche', they treated me 'like family'. I was amazed,
and well pleased to find such people to care for me when I needed them. Oklahoma Heart Hospital is good but they have nothing on this cardiac unit or it's people and I've been in both. I simply can't remember every name but some deserve special recognition for such wonderful concern and compassion for me. Sarah and Anissa are both RNs and Maria and Aubrey Jo, patient care pros. All four are extraordinary, above and beyond mere accolades. You can't teach what they have, compassion, warmth, and hearts as big as Dallas (sorry but I had to give Dallas a plug) If love is 'acting for the good of the other person' rather than fleeting emotion, they have it for their patients by the metric ton. I don't want to go back, for obvious reasons, but I would, just to see them and the other's who work so well together to serve their patients. One caveat, hospital food is notoriously bad and Norman Healthplex food is positively average, but PCCU is worth some average victuals. Who knows, maybe the kitchen will someday be a 5 star operation like the cardiac unit. Stop by and say hi to Sarah, Anissa, Maria, Aubrey Jo, Charles, Stephen, and all of the others. May God bless all that you lift your hands to for those of us who need you. ya'll are 5 STARS BABY!!!!!!!!!

I experienced a severe anaphylactic reaction to a medication and rushed myself to the ER. The intake and medical team realized the urgency of the situation and quickly addressed my needs and continued to monitored me until it was safe to go home.
My team was incredibly attentive and informative. Great professionalism and bedside manner.
Thank you.
