Heartless system. The system gathers all the info, then works together to not do anything for you. I think its a scamming for federal and state money system. ceos are filthy rich. I have cirrhosis, tumors, infections, bleeding yet they made the announcement the don't treat symptoms. Well, I need relief from the pain and panic. Seriously, my mom told me they will work together to kill people. They are very difficult to work with. ?She has a good point.

The medical care is exceptional but their billing office is horrible. I get regular labwork done every three months and after my insurance pays I owe $15. I let one slip by me (yes, my fault) but they sent it to a lawyer for collections at 90 days past due without even sending me a warning letter. I got it taken care of and made sure it didn't get reported to my credit bureau but I'm sure it cost them more than $15 to take it to collections and it was barely past due so it was just ridiculous. Plus a different time they owed me a $500 refund after my insurance paid more than they told me I owed out of pocket and it took them 10 months to refund my money. Just be careful with them. They seem to be poorly managed.

This is not a hospital. It’s a giant waiting room. You will not receive care here. Just keep driving North towards better hospitals with actual Doctors.

My kid went here in May, 2022 and I receive a bill at the end of January of 2023. I no longer have the option to use my Flex Spend Account to pay the bill. I call to see if they are able to help out and they put me on hold for 20 minutes. I gave up and paid the bill online with no intentions on using them again. Best to go elsewhere.

I received amazing care after a traumatic injury at home. Everyone was kind and compassionate from Emergency dept to surgery to therapy.

awful medical staff and gross and non up to date facilities. Definitely not up to the basic sanitary standards. The CHARGE NURSE discharged me and said I was good to go and I had to flat out tell her my IV was still in. Hate this place.

Worst hospital in Oklahoma. Have waited over 3 hours in the ER to have something removed from my son’s eye. Thank god it wasn't life threatening.

Very incompetent. Their staff behaves in an entitled manner and they bully their clients. No wonder people drive past them to go into the city for healthcare.

Not surprising to see that others have had problems with billing.....I never received a bill from the lab saying I owed anything, but was sent to collections. I only found out when checking my credit score and saw that i was sent to collections. I have never in my life been sent to collections. I had to call and track down to even find out what where and what I owed money for. The girl in billing said they had sent several statements to me, but I explained I never received one statement. I asked what dates were those statements were mailed, she could not provide me with that information. I asked why they never called me, and she couldn’t answer. She said I would need to call collection agency and ask. I verified they had correct address, and they did. I asked to speak to a supervisor regarding this issue of sending someone to collections with no warning. She stated she would reach out to a supervisor to see if they would call me, so we will see if I get a call. I called collection agency and they couldn’t provide any information either, so I just paid what I owed.So if you have to receive care with the Norman health care system, beware!! You could be sent to collections and not even know you owe anything. I believe they got behind on billing and just decided to send people to collections for them to handle accounts. It’s odd to me that I didn’t receive one statement or phone call.

The place has some pretty good doctors, so that is why I still sometimes goe there. However everything else - billing, medical records, scheduling, customer service in general my husband, my son and I have had consistently awful experiences. So if at all possible we try to go INTEGRIS, even though we live a mile away from NRHS. I hope one day they get it together and improve how they approach things.

I have spent the last 45 min trying to call and make a payment for a bill I have. I don't believe I ever received a physical bill, but just a text message saying that I owed them. I don't think I've ever had this much trouble paying a bill. EVER.
