Norman Automotive was recommended to me by one of their long-time customers to work on the 1954 Studebaker Commander Starlight coupe I received recently. Norman Automotive was meticulous in the work they did on the car - I could tell they were happy to have the opportunity to work in this car and that they took great pride in what they did. I am 100% delighted with their work. I am taking another of my cars to them next week.

My air conditioner was blowing hot air and it had a weird smell coming from the vents. Took it to another place and they quoted me $700 to recharge it and told me I might have a leak. Took it to Norman Automotive for a second opinion and it only cost me $365 to recharge the air conditioner and a relearn in the AC system (other place didn’t mention that). They were quick and very friendly. I will be back for any other car needs including tires. Jimmy is a great guy!

Fair prices. Are very knowledgeable and more than willing to educate if you have the time. Also, they genuinely just seem very serious about their work. Would definitely come back if given the opportunity.

I took my 2011 Honda Fit in with a broken a/c issue. They were able to get me a diagnosis the same day and fixed the next business day. Very friendly and competent staff and service!

I recommend everyone to take their vehicles to Norman Automotive. Jimmy & his staff will take the time to repair your vehicle & you don't have to worry about being overcharged. Chrissy will keep you notified regarding your vehicle. I will always allow Jimmy to work on my Murano. I've never been let down & I promise you won't either! So go try Norman Automotive, you won't be sorry. They are a great group of people.

So happy to have stumbled upon this shop when my car brakes went out. They were friendly, speedy, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. They were knowledgeable about the issue and fixed it great.
