First let me begin with saying how wonderful the staff at Bob Moore Nissan Service Center are. Austin was assigned as my advisor & let me tell you, he was absolutely phenomenal. I got my vehicle towed over to them on a Friday and was able to get my transmission repaired in less than a week! Not to mention, Austin was so kind enough to go the extra mile to help me in every way possible as well as checking in with me a day after picking up my vehicle to ensure everything was good. They definitely go above and beyond for their clients. A huge thank you to the service team! I will most definitely be returning to service my vehicle with them. Excellent customer service!

Buyers beware! I flew to Oklahoma from Ohio to cosign on a used car for my 20 year old son. On May 5, 2023 we purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima from Bob Moore Nissan that was sold as a Nissan Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with 63892 miles on it. We purchased a "bumper to bumper" extended warranty as well. I felt good about this purchase as I own 2 Subaru certified-used vehicles as well in Ohio. On Monday, May 15, the power steering went out so my son took the car to Bob Moore Nissan for service and 2 problems were found. After completion, the service worker asked my son to pay $400 for the repair. After my son explained that the car was purchased from Bob Moore and was 2 weeks old with an extended warranty, the service worker then internalized the price. The worker told my son that he did not know the car was purchased there or had an extended warranty. I found this odd as it should be in their computer system. On June 5, 2 weeks later and one month after the purchase of the car, my son was driving on an Oklahoma highway and the car broke down. My son paid to have the car towed to Bob Moore Nissan for yet another service issue. After the car was looked at, I called Austin in the service department. He told me the car had a "very worn belt" and they could replace and fix the car for $195. At that point, the vehicle had 64488 miles on it so my son had driven 596 miles in the month he owned the car. Not enough time to wear out a belt. I explained that the car was purchased there, certified, and had an extended warranty, and Austin said belts are not covered under my "bumper to bumper" warranty. He then transferred me to Kenneth, Used Car Manager, who I met when we bought the car. Kenneth said the car had been inspected prior to my purchase and the belt was fine then so he decided to split the cost with me. I was shocked and extremely disappointed, as I had a problem years ago with one of my used Subaru vehicles 4 months into owning it, and the Subaru dealership paid the repair because "they should have seen that during inspection." So, at Bob Moore Nissan, a certified pre-owned vehicle really doesn't mean more than "as is." Before I ended my conversation with Kenneth, I asked if they could notate that the car was purchased at Bob Moore and had an extended warranty, as my 4 other vehicles all have that information in their service records. He said no, my son would have to tell the service worker each time he came in because "they service so many vehicles." If you are looking for a dealer certified pre-owned vehicle, I would stay away from Bob Moore Nissan.

I will never buy another vehicle for from this place. They will out face like to you if purchasing a vehicle. The guy in the service dept are pretty good that what the stars are for.

One of the most degrading experiences I ended up leaving without getting service.. I won't be back.Service: General repairs & maintenance
