Dropped in today for a walk-in haircut. Audrey was fantastic! Though it was her first time with me, she knew exactly what I needed and delivered a quick and quality cut at a great price. I’ll definitely be back!

I have never been in actual tears at a salon… i spent a total of about 10 hours in this salon trying to get my stylist to get me to my desired color.. I was there from 4-10pm one day and the next from 1-5pm. My stylist COMBED through my hair while bleach was on it literally ripping my ends out. She dyed my hair a total of about 5 times and she said it was MY fault cause my hair was pourous… it was, but it was not when I had went in, I advised of previous color on and that it would in fact need to be lifted, she didn’t listen and didn’t lighten my hair at all and just put color on… when she finally figured out what to do with my hair it was messed up beyond repair… stretchy, hay feel like, and it would not hold color anymore cause she fried it. Mind you my hair was previously dyed but it was about 9mo ago and I had been using olaplex and bonding agents and my hair was very very smooth with minor split ends. I can’t believe I paid $168 for her to destroy my hair. I truly want my money back and I have been telling EVERYONE I work with, I know, friends, family to just NOT go here… my stylist was friendly but just didn’t seem experienced at all cause who brushes through bleach???? I was going from a level 5 brown to a bright natural orange red color. Today I washed it with just conditioner for the first time… and all my color at the ends has fallen out, and my hair breaks with every brush I make… I’m going to have to literally cut like 4-5 inches off of my hair…. 4/5 stars because I have to drive from Tinker to S Norman but I love my stylist enough to keep professional ties with her no matter where she is! The shop is small on the outside but is bigger inside. Very clean. Will be coming back most definitely!***Edit***After some reconsideration, the salon gets 5/5 stars. Why? Because S Norman traffic is still better on Saturday game day than Edmond on a typical Tuesday. Sure the drive from TAFB stinks, but still beats going anywhere in Edmond. 5/5 highly recommend.

When I saw someone else's long hair on the combs and brushes as Katie searched through them for the one she wanted to use on me, I should have walked out.I stayed, and I told her about my front cowlick that causes my bangs to be uneven if someone tries to cut them straight across.When I said, as she was pulling my bangs straight down and cutting straight across, "You know that my cowlick will pull my bangs up in that spot and my bangs will be uneven," and she replied, "No, they won't!"--I SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT.The floor had hair on it, though not immediately around the chair.My bangs are uneven, just as I said they would be, and just where I said they would be. Next time a hairstylist tries to tell me my cowlick won't do what it has been doing for nearly 70 years, she's (or he's, or they're) DONE. Do you really think I don't know my own hair and its behavior after all these years of living with it?Service: Haircut
