Horrible, horrible customer service. Multiple times now I’ve ordered a part and was charged extra after it came in and the owner got very angry with me for asking what the extra charge was for, one of the times it was shipping and I was not told that it would be a whopping $50 when I ordered the $90 part! - this is the final straw

I went in to see if I could get some help tightening the ball on my new RV stabilizer hitch. It takes almost a 2 inch socket and needs 450 pounds of torque. They put it on for me for free which was a big relief and very kind. We will be doing future business with them. Thank you NAPA!
