I live in Los Angeles, and Mitchell’s is my favorite jewelry store. I visit every time I come back home. They have quality jewelry and quality people working there. They are always generous with their time and expertise. I know when I buy jewelry at Michell’s, I’m getting beautiful jewelry for a good price.

I had a basic idea for a gift for my daughter. When I initially entered the store I was met by Shannon who I told about what I wanted. She showed me several pieces that I described and each idea was a possibility. I picked the one that I wanted and she wrapped it for me. All of the staff was very pleasant and spoke to me while I waited for Shannon to finish wrapping my gift. My daughter really liked the piece that I gave her and has worn it to a couple of special events where she received compliments on it. I have shopped at Mitchel’s before and have always had a good experience.

The team is so welcoming and friendly! I've been "snooted" at other establishments as fine as this for dressing down but not here! I came in looking like a mess and they were still super friendly and professional. I recently moved to Norman and now I'm looking forward to visiting our local jewelry store more often.

Phenomenal company to do business with, the staff all seem very knowledgeable. This was my wife and I first experience in having jewelry custom made, we had an engagement ring designed and made specifically how we wanted, even having some non typical requirements, with Cloie and her teams help we were able to make our vision into reality. Could not recommend enough, the only jewelry store I will ever use.
