I brought my car in to get an estimate to repair my dented fender. I was told 4 to 6 days. As it turned out it took 12 days, was 24% over the estimate and it cost me $55 each day for car rental. Caveat emptor!Services: Painting

Office staff is straight up incompetent, and rude to boot. She seems to think because she is married to the owner that she doesn't have to provide a basic level customer service. Uppity, rude, and apparently a right wing loon to boot. NEVER AGAIN.

Body shop had my car for 2 months and when I got the vehicle back it still was not fixed correctly. They forgot the emblem on the pinstriping of the vehicle so now I have two mismatched fenders. When I called and spoke to the owner mr. Mill's he pretty much told me to get over it because my car was 20 years old before he hung up the phone. Mills wasted several months of my time. Their office communication is quite terrible and not reliable. I first contacted them in early July 2022 about repairs for our vehicle (and emailed the insurance paperwork as requested). I was told they were working about 6-7 weeks out -- late August. After not hearing anything, I contacted them multiple times via email/phone through October. I was told multiple times over the phone August-October that the office person would contact me that same day -- that never happened and they never once reached out to me. Mills was on a 'preferred shop list' from my insurance company -- I've encouraged my insurer to review that relationship.

I'm sorry. I hate leaving these kind of reviews, but it boils down to one individual in this organization. I believe Binks was the name. Person that I originally talked with was all about customer service and getting me taken care of and securing my business. It was offered, not per my request, to have the car damage estimated on the tow lot to avoid towing over a totaled vehicle. I was more than happy with this resolution and so was the insurance company. They weren't able to do it Friday, but said they would get there Monday or Tuesday. We had ice/sleet this week (the following week), so understood delays on Tuesday. Wednesday was pretty clear, so called to inquire. I was told they would get with the owner and have him call me. Never happened. Called today to see if they got there and all I got was excuses and conflict. Wasn't looking for a fight, just wanted my estimate or a reasonable expectation of time. I was then rudely told we normally don't go to appraise on the lot. Recall above, I said it was offered to avoid towing a totaled car to their lot. I got a call back that they would do it on Monday. I then explained that this was offered, I did not request. Then got a lot attitude about how I had never talked to her and she's trying to gather information. I told her that I was not calling to get in a fight and only explaining why it was mentioned. She proceeded to tell me she was doing the same and I didn't listen. I knew at this point I can't swallow my pride and let it go. I've lost a week on this vehicle repair and I don't need to lose sleep and health over it as well. Best to move on. Bottom-line, there is no communication internally. Whoever I talked to didn't communicate, report or note anything, or someone is casting blame. If they had followed through, I might have found out their quality of work, but I never got that far. Wish things had gone further, but in the end I believe I avoided much frustration. If Binks isn't related, the owner should take a hard look at their customer service. BTW, my insurance company claimed they had contacted them twice with no response. Said they had to talk to someone called Binks concerning the claim.

Started off great, but had a huge pricing difference between their estimate and many others. The lady on the phone said we could remove that part of the estimate. She then called back About 15 minutes later and said “ never mind , if we can’t do that item we will not do the job” when I called back to ask why the lady got very flustered and irritated with me for asking questions. She then said that “the guy who knows what he’s talking about is busy and could not talk now and would call back soon”Well that guy called and also seemed to be very irritated with me having questions on his estimate is opposed to the others. It’s very dismissive and quick to you get rid of me instead of explaining things. After he finally did get around to the short explanation he was basically over the conversation. I felt like it’s a labor grab but whatever I guess.Was looking forward to supporting a small family own shop but at least I can say I tried.

Great work done on my vehicle and they attended to the details. I wish they had been better at calling me back for pick up but they were really friendly when I walked in.
