I give them a huge ZERO!! This bank told us they weren't responsible for our accounts when we were scammed! Not only that, but they immediately closed all our accounts, even though we filed police report, state attorney ge real report and one at fbi. Shifty place of business!!

Went to deposit cash in the drive thru, sent my ID with the cash as I always do but received a snotty response from the teller about how she “had no idea what I wanted bc I didn’t fill out a slip”Just didn’t want to have to look up my info or thought her little rules were more important than just doing the obvious. I don’t let my wife let me talk to me so passive aggressive so I damn sure not gonna let a teller talk to me like that.That’s fine I just went and opened a Bancfirst account and deposited it there minus the passive aggressive attitude. ?Not to mention the insane amount of overdraft fees

I am not that impressed with them so far. My biggest problem I have had is that I had deposited $1700 and they said that one might be fraud they had to send it away Everytime I called I felt like I got the run around about it. The last time I went in the teller that was the original person told oh ya it was fraud but we couldn't remember who you were to tell you. The whole thing is sketchy I feel like the bank ripped me off I literally took money from 1 bank straight to another bank. Then when asked for proof showing that it came back fraud they told me that they already shredded it. I don't do much with this account and haven't had any other issues.

I’ve had a couple of bad encounters, both with women. One told me that I “probably should have thought about that” after I asked how long it would take it when depositing a check on the app, and was told 4 days. She was just really hateful and matter of fact about the whole thing. The second was today when I pulled into the drive thru to deposit a check, and I sat there for 20 minutes while two other cars were helped after they pulled in AFTER me, and when I went to the front to see if I could actually get help, the doors were locked at 5:31, but the hours say closing is at 6 PM Monday-Friday. She finally helped me after I parked at the front and just walked over to the drive thru. She acted like she hadn’t seen me the entire time when I was the car closest to the window. The guy who has helped me a few times is nice, I just feel like some of the staff are rude and I kind of dread coming here because I never know who I’ll get in terms of attitude

Atm is regularly down, $5 plus surcharge to use card at any ATM that isn't theirs. Wouldn't recommend anyone use this bank.

Very poor customer service. Apologies made but are only words, they did not acknowledge that what the branch manager did was highly inappropropriate, unethical and very unprofessional. I refuse to accept the branch managers hallow apology. Dogs get better treatment than I did at this place. As a cusomer, since when do they KEEP your drivers license when you have an appointment? The manager refused to provide the name of the beneficiary on my deceased fathers POD account even though I am his executor of his estate and established myself to Midfirst decedent department. Manager at this branch told me he knew but would not tell me. He KNEW what he did was wrong, but he did it anyway...Do not accept his fake apology...
