2 stars for previous services performed and friendly staff. Actual repairs, cost vs quote and time taken vs time quoted this time - negative.Was quoted 3 days on a few simple repairs, including trailer bushings. Took 2 WEEKS. Quote was ridiculously more than anticipated due to “learning curves” aka they should’ve just heated it up to get it out versus spending so many hours they ended up charging us for. The icing on the cake was when we realized the bushing we wanted corrected, was put back in incorrectly so we can’t even grease it normally.I understand, things happen but - when we are owner operators losing $1.5k PER DAY a truck is down and a job should’ve realistically taken 4 days, tops but you take 2 WEEKS and give an outrageous, unexplained quote (you just say it is what it is and walk away without ANY EXPLANATION of the difference) that’s grossly higher than your initial quote - that’s not okay and will not result in a returning customer or referrals.Service: Steering & suspension repair
