Yvonne was irritated and short with my friend's simple inquiries. I guess she was just having a bad day. Rude, and un-professional.

I have used this store for years. Yvonne is an excellent consultant, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store is well-arranged and efficient. I highly recommend this store as well as this brand!!

What a disapointment. I am not a Merle Norman user, but I almost was, until I came into this store. My mom has used their products for as long as I can remember and her and I went into this store to get me started on their product. The lady that was in the store said that the owner was going to be gone for the week and that we could come back then and get color matched. She didn't even try to help me out. She acted like we were bothering her by being in the store. I was really surprised that the lady that works there can't help out with makeup, why was she even there? Anyways, I think there is another Merle Norman store across the highway and even though I haven't been there, I recommend you try that one and don't even waste your time on this business.

I have been a faithful Merlegirl since 2007. Up until Dec 2010, I lived in Garland, TX and frequented their Firewheel Store, where I always felt welcomed and appreciated. The ladies there were very personable and knew me by name, asking about my life and new daughter. I left there feeling good! I moved to Norman and found this store. I have visited them several times never feel like I'm wanted there. Everytime I go, the place looks like a ghost town and the worker is in back watching TV. She seems annoyed by my presence, even though I already know what products I want. Their interaction with me seems short and snooty. I will try to look around and pick out my selections, as she hovers over me asking what I want, not in a helpful sort of way, not even a smile! I feel like she thinks I'm there to steal. On average, I spend around $90 per visit, and feel like I could be spending that somewhere else where I'm more welcomed and appreciated. I'm not in a hurry to return there, lest I bug their employee with my presence. It's clear to me now why it is always lacking in patrons.
