Ashley helped us pick out a mattress and base back in January, and understood we weren’t ready to purchase just yet. 6 months later, she recognized us and continued to help us purchase the mattress and base we selected in January. She took the time to look through available discounts and promotions for us so we left with a complete bed setup! Ashley was super friendly and interactive with our five year old son! She made sure he got to play with the base remotes and even busted out her special pen collection for him to draw with while we worked through the purchase process. Ashley was patient with us as we also had our newborn daughter with us. I was able to breastfeed my daughter while Ashley patiently waited and helped us finish applying for financing. Thank you, Ashley!

Ed was amazing, patient, genuine and kind!! He was super great in helping me find the perfect bed for me! I’m a first responder, with neck and back injuries, so it was pertinent that I find a bed that helps me rest well and without pain! I highly recommend Ed and Mathis brothers sleep center in Norman!!

I wrote a review and I guess it was not to their liking so they deleted it A friend and I bought cheers at the same time. His name was at the top and mine was just below it with our separate addresses. My Chair broke within six months. I called and they said up for them to come out and repaired. Well, they went to my friends house, not mine. He told him that it wasn’t his chair that was broken. It was mine. Well, they didn’t bother to doublecheck. They just went back to the store.. They made another appointment and come and fixed it. Well, my chair broke again after having it just 15 months. And it’s not a cheap Chair it’s a power recliner La-Z-Boy. I called set up an appointment to have it fixed And double verify the This time. They said yes, they would come to that address. The Date and time rolled around and no repair man I called my friend Said oh they’ve been to his house and he told him it was my chair, not his. I guess the repairman are idiots because they didn’t have the brains to call the store and get the address they just To the store! I called the store. They were sorry oh so sorry (Yeah, my foot!) But they couldn’t come back so I had to wait another half a week. They’re supposed to be here tomorrow afternoon. I may have to go in take them by the hand lead them here cause apparently they don’t have enough brains to find my address.!! Linda to say I am very very ticked off!!

Mother bought a bed from the store but their lazy delivery people just made an excuse to not put the bed together and take away the old one. There is a big difference between a beetle and a bed bug. Not to mention they left the old items in the middle of our drive way blocking us from getting out. If you know any elderly people boycott this company. I also think its rather lame to have to give them any stars in order to post this I would have given them a -10

Ashley (Mathis Sleep Center in Norman, OK) was a wonderful person to work with as we helped my mother buy a Purple Restore hybrid mattress with an adjustable base! She took the time to talk to my mother about how they would make sure the bed base height is exactly what she wants when sitting on the bed.She answered all our questions and really seemed to care about making the purchase perfect for my Mom! I highly recommend her for her knowledgeable service in choosing what to get and how to get it delivered ASAP. And my Mom was thrilled to get a Purple King-sized pillow thrown in too ;)Thank you Ashley!!

We had no intentions in purchasing today but after looking at several models and brands with Ashley she earned our business with her extensive knowledge. She took her time with us and answered any questions we had. We knew we were wanting a new mattress in the near future but with our experience today we decided to go ahead and buy one. If thanks to Steve he noticed we had our boys with us and quickly jumped in to entertain them while my wife and I shopped. Thank you again Ashley for the great experience, knowledge and the awesome customer service.
