“I walked into the store today and a scraggly looking guy who you can clearly tell doesn't enjoy his job said he could help me get my package out of the car when he was done fiddling with a box he moved on to an entirely different customer. I left for a moment to get my phone. When I came back into the store.. another rep asked me if she could help me. I told her that he was going to help me but he clearly was still fiddling with random boxes and not even helping anyone. This nice gal named Alyssa said that she would be able to help me get my package out of my car. Did with a smile ....such a delight you need to get more customer service reps like Alyssa. The five Stars are for Alyssa.”
