Barely any soap dispensed in wash mode...but when brush is used....it is all over the place...timer does not seem correct when extra quarters are inserted..

Yikes! $1.25 to wash hopefully your vehicle isn't to dirty because the time runs out so fast then you have to put in another 1.25 and the water smells bad, like sewer. The foam brush wasn't foam it just ran pink like soap. I felt like this was a waste of time and money. Be good just for a quick rinse.

It's the closest one from my house and I was excited about it.The wash itself didn't clean my car that well (I also spent well over $15). That could've been my fault but I've never had problems washing my own car.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

It's a little better than the gas station type $10 car wash but $33. It's better but not much. I might would come again because it's close. But expect to spend a bit more time when they are finished. If it were $20-$25 I'd say it's on point and good for what you pay.

No line when I got here and still took over an hour to wash and vacuum car. Only one or 2 employees working everyone else standing around. Not worth the $23 first and last time here

My encounter with the owner of Auto Valet was indeed frustrating, distasteful, and utterly disappointing. There was a complete disregard for appropriate customer service, management etiquette, and the entire treatment of a customer.This encounter began when my son left his truck to have the inside cleaned and the exterior washed. I picked him up and brought him back once the job was finished. Before looking at my son's truck, I went in and asked for the same service to be done to my car. I was told by the attendant that they would clean and wipe down the interior, clean the cup holders, door sides, dashboard, and a number of other items. I went back out to check with my son and he said his truck had dirt and trash in the cup holder, the carpets were still dirty, the sun visors were not cleaned, and the overall interior did not look much different than when we left. My son went and asked the attendant if she could come look at the interior, which she said she would. We waited outside for over twenty minutes but she never came out, nor anyone else. I went into the office and asked why she had not come to look at the truck. She said she sent a detail man to check. I then asked why she didn't tell my son that in the first place. She said she was on the cash register, however, there were several other employees in the office. I then asked to see the manager or owner and she said she was the owner and immediately told me, "You can't talk to me that way!" and ordered me out of the establishment. Needless to say, I didn't leave my car for them to clean. The encounter made me feel as if I had no right to ask questions, or voice my concerns.What potential customer would want to do business with this type of operation?

I just drove 1,000 miles from Phoenix to Norman, OK. to trade my 2017 Ram truck for a new 2020 Ram truck at Landers CDJR and my truck was covered with bugs, dirt, & grime from the journey. I told the folks at Auto Valet I was trading in my truck and if they could do a good job cleaning it up. The end result was that the dealer was impressed that the vehicle was so clean to trade in (They said they never see that -ever)! Also, a special thank you to Jaysie at Auto Valet for being so nice to me! Greg L. Phoenix, AZ.

Worst full service Valet EVER!!!!!! Took my daughters 2016 Ford Escape in for the full service and also added extra services. I spent almost $50 for the car to still be dirty, dusty and it had the spray cleaner dripping all over the dash and windows and dash and console was very sticky and had lots of streaks... shittist job ever and then the guy was pressuring us to tip them!!! I recommend never go there and I know for sure I won't EVER GO BACK!!!! Full service my a********

Zero stars! One of their employees stole my dog's medication! My dog's prescription pills! Owner said she'd look into it, I don't hope for much. Cost of meds were around $200! Meds were in a ziplock bag behind my driver's seat with my dog's blanket, an umbrella and lint roller. Only the meds were missing. The idiot that stole them got away with two heart meds, an antibiotic and a pill for her liver. She's a 7# chihuahua. What a total crap show this place is. Whomever took her meds is a waste! How pitiful is their life they stole animal meds!!! My car is a two seater by the way! No passenger seat behind the driver and absolutely no need to clean behind the seat! Total disappointment this place. Will definitely let all my Norman friends to NEVER use them!

HORRIBLE experience my wife had today. No line but it took 1 1/2 hours to get her car cleaned. She spoke to the female owner, told her she couldn't wait any longer, asked for her $ back and she would just leave. Owner refused, ordered my wife to "step outside." When my wife responded that she could speak to her inside, Owner said she was calling the cops. 2 other customers offered condolences and Ownerr was rude to them too. We have used Auto Valet under 2 prior owners for many years but will NEVER go back.

Just picked up my truck from going through their brushless car wash and after spending several minutes going over all the spots they missed during the wipe down I discovered they had broken one of my wipers - it was totally broken - not just unlatched from the wiper holder. The excuse was they couldn't turn off the wipers as they drove it thru the wash! How can a brushless car wash break a wiper blade? My wife and I have given them a lot of business over the years, but the service has deteriorated so much that today is the last time! Not only was the wash job and cleaning way below what one would expect, they damage your vehicle and then brush it off by claiming it was not their fault!

I have given this place 3 tries!! And all 3 times they have done awful!! They don't pay attention to detail had to ask them to wash my windshield, had to redo my door jams, I get in and the only place I can see they did anything is they vacuumed the floors and wiped the dash other than that I couldn't tell they did anything! Worst place ever!

When I got home after going through their brushless car wash, my wife said, "I thought you were going to get your car washed!" Don't waste your time and money. One side of my car looked like it hadn't been touched. The drying section left the car totally wet. I put my $1.25 into their vacuum and nothing happened. After waiting several minutes for the attendant to help me, he looked at me and said, "what!?". He unlocked the coin box on the vacuum, started it, and walked away. Not a word of apology! I hope the place goes broke so someone who gives a rip about customers can buy it and fix it!

POOR POOOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don't even deserve one star but I had to choose one for this to post. Arrived at 4:53 pm (They close at 5) and they refused service as the attendant said, "We actually just stopped taking cars." I asked nicely, "Are you sure you can't just take one more?" He gave me some BS answer which was basically a NO. Guess they just felt like closing early with no regard that I've been a long time customer there. WELL NO MORE NOT EVER NOW. Pretty crappy if you ask me. So sure I will forever go to your local competitor as they really are so very nice and gladly accept my business with a smile.
