Just a warning about Liberty mutual insurance, they will cancel and not renew your policy if you use what you pay for. I am a disabled female who watches her one year old granddaughter while my daughter is at work. I was paying $360 per month for full coverage. I had to use road side service, twice this year once for a flat tire change, and second for a tow when radiator hose connector broke 39 minutes from home. Due to my back issues I could change the tire, and could not walk all the way home, especially with my granddaughter with me. So they have refused to renew my policy even though I paid for the service and had no accidents. With that said when I did use the service I had to wait 8 hours sitting on the side of the road. Waiting for the assistance. They try to advertise themselves as a family oriented company. They are more a money oriented company. I do not recommend this company at all.

A guy in okc represented by liberty mutual impeded my travel and caused me to hit him. Liberty mutual put me at fault. I don't think they even evaluated my case at all! Ridiculous! They would never call me back and it was hard to get them to answer the phone. They said I was at fault because I pulled out of my work parking lot and because I hit his back passenger door. Sounds shotty to me.

Have tried canceling for 2 months and I still keep getting charges and fees, never get a call back!!! Constantly having to call.!! Very unprofessional and will never recommend

They have a MAJOR issues acting like humans.I called because I DON'T WANT to do this overline or through texting!NO way to get to actual person!Plus their phone# is invalid and instead of updating their information on maps, you call & are told to go dial another number.You just lost a sale.

Im not gonna give a bad review over my review just want people to know don't apply for a quote online. I got a quote of $85 a month with Uninsured motorist and was ready to check out when it jumped to $160 something a month with a $303 down payment! if you want a quote I suggest go in person lol
