Have a very special color on my Kia (surf blue). Not only did they fix the damage they matched the color exactly. Did such a good job you would think it came from the dealer when I took possession of it after the repair. It is recommended by State Farms and for a very good reason.

My go-to for any collision damage. Four times in one year (I have kids with cars)! Luckily nobody was hurt in any of our car crashes, but the stress is still a lot to carry and Landers Collision eased that every time! Great service, experienced staff, good communication, fair prices, and flawless repairs. I’ve been extremely satisfied with service at Landers Collision!

I had my vehicle taken to Landers after an accident. Was asked to come by to do a walk-around and sign some paper work on Monday when the vehicle was delivered. I believe my estimators name was Andrew. When I got there I was told he would walk out there with me to look at & talk about the car. He said nothing to me other then asking me if I had everything I wanted out of the car. After writing somethings down i couldn't read he said he had the wrong paper. So we went back inside where he wrote it all down again on the right paper. I still couldn't read it as he asked me to sign it. When I asked him what he wrote he responded “it's everything we talked about while we were out there.”After signing the paper I asked how long it would take for him to write an estimate he said it would be done tomorrow(Tuesday). I heard nothing from them Tuesday so I called in Wednesday & was told he was out of office and they would leave a sticky note on his computer screen to call me. He never called so I called back in Friday and was told he still hadn't gotten to it. It took him to the following Tuesday to write an estimate. It was well overpriced as After reading reviews seems common. I came back to Landers to empty what little I had left in the car only to get home with my tag to notice my 2024 sticker HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM MY TAG!Needless to say If I ever need a repair done again it will not be with Landers.

Their communication skills are very poor. I only received 1 call back out of the 3 I requested. They told me to call my insurance company with no further explanation, then, my insurance company told me they did not know what was going on with the car either. This made it hard for my insurance company to make payments where they were needed. This whole thing has been a debacle.

Vehicle was taken there for quote a good while back and got one that was way overpriced. Vehicle is back in my possession and I still haven’t gotten around to fixing it although it’s definitely something I can mostly get fixed myself. Been having an issue lately while working on the vehicle in a charging/starting kind of issue so I go to remove the seat only to find that when they replaced the battery the tech didn’t take the time to not only put the covers back over the bolts but didn’t secure one single bolt to the frame. If I hadn’t caught that and were to get into a wreck with someone in my passenger seat they would suffer even more injuries if it didn’t result in their death. I hope this catches the eyes of not only management but at the corporate level as well because that kind of work is unacceptable and that tech doesn’t need to be working on anyone’s vehicle and all work done needs to be brought back in and checked. I’m glad I caught this when I did and possibly saved a passenger’s life as I drive for a rideshare company and this vehicle is about to be brought back online with them. Very disappointed to find this especially from the name on the company. Bought my vehicle from landers cjdr and great experience. Knowing they’re associated has me looking into options of being able to transfer my warranty elsewhere.

I used Landers Collision because I purchased my car from Landers in Norman. They never once contacted me regarding an update on my car but the front desk lady always seems annoyed when you call. They also ask when you would like to be contact and via what method. Which is pointless because they do not contact you. I never actually spoke with the estimator or designated person for the progressive claims and couldn’t even tell you the persons name. I left my sun visor in the front seat so it could be used. That didn’t happen and one of my air fresheners melted all over my vent. I won’t be using Landers Collision again and I do not recommend them.

Had to take my car there because it was farmers approved . Worst experience ever . To be fair the body work was ok . VERY slow took a month and a half to get my truck back after my car got hit . However the mechanical side was a complete joke . Not only did they fail miserably in fixing it . They completely missed finding the issue a ended up putting the wrong parts in . They replaced the upper and lower steering shaft because my car tended to wander back and forth over the road . When I ended up taking it back because the problem was still there they blamed it on a sixteenth inch difference in the rear wheels tread . Took it to another mechanic and found out my wheel bearing had been damaged in the accident . Landers totally missed finding that .

I had a wonderful experience with Landers Collision. They were upfront about the time and process of ordering parts and the overall repairs. Dave and the rest of the staff were very communicative and friendly. I highly recommend them!

The most honest estimate I got in town was from Landers. I tried three other places in Norman but they all just took pictures and left. Landers actually looked in the hood, asked about the accident/collision, and gave me the most realistic estimate for repairs yet. They even automatically called all the salvage yards for parts to lower the costs. Very friendly people. Only downside is the business hours, but I’m glad they support good work/life balance for their employees.

Landers has had my car for two months and I do not know if they have started on it or not. I understand the dynamics of the current situation but that does not explain why they will not answer or return phone calls. Surely a professional organization, with any concern at all about customer relations or just plain politenesswould be able to devise a way to keep in touch with there customers.Services: Painting
