How about an appointment for an oil change and show up for it and they shared we don’t have the oil for your service. If you can wait a few hours we can have some here to finish the job. How disrespectful is that? What kind of dealership has no oil for an appointment made a week ahead? It’s easy to ask someone to wait for your poor planing but are you willing to pay for my time? Having many choices of where to go this place will be way past last. Thank you for the great experience of what one doesn’t want in a dealership. Two thumbs up for disappointment.

I had a pre approval so my deal should have been easy. The problem was after the sale. It was extremely cold and the heater wasn’t working on the drivers side the day after the sale. I called the dealership and talk to my sales person. He was incredibly rude and told me that I bought a $15,000 truck, so what did I expect. The vehicle was for my son. I talked to the sales manager and he asked us to bring the truck in and they would look at it. My son sat there all day Starting at 7:15 AM, which was the time I told him to bring it in only to get an estimate for over $4000 Saying that it needed the radiator replaced and a whole bunch of other things. This is after they gave me an carfax and told me that they did a vehicle inspection before delivery and everything was in good working order. This was the worst customer service after a sale ever. I do not recommend this place at all. They are not reputable.

I live in Texas and was looking for a specific make and model vehicle with certain specs. I ended up finding a match at Landers in Oklahoma and reached out to them. Nathan helped me from the very beginning to the end. Since I was out of state I wanted to get some extra videos and pictures of the vehicle before I made the trip up in person. He did all this and sent it to me right away. All throughout the next week he was very quick to respond back and answer any questions I had. I ended up making the trip up and ultimately bought the vehicle. Everything was just as he had described to me and was honest about everything with the vehicle good and bad. I would definitely recommend this Dealership and Nathan as a great salesman and easy to work with. I didn’t feel high pressure or like I was being taken advantage of that I’ve felt at other dealerships. I also dealt with Michael in finance (both before I made the trip to Oklahoma, and when I bought the vehicle). He was easy to work with as well. I would definitely be a return customer if I was closer or if they have a particular vehicle I’m looking for.

Nice Dealership and SA, my only issue was their inventory to choose from. We went to other Jeep/Dodge dealerships nearby had more options. All-in-all, it was still a great experience. Everyone appeared to be friendly and was offering my little ones popcorn, water and candy canes. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

10/10 would recommend this dealership. The truck has a pretty strong smell of cigarettes I wish I noticed more before leaving with it. While that is mostly on me, I would have wished it was taken care of before delivery. That said the team was great and the store looked good. It was the fastest, easiest auto buying experience I have had to date. When it’s time for the next vehicle Landers will be my first stop.

I had a great car buying experience with Mitchell (Bud)! He was polite, professional, and had great communication skills. I loved that he wasn't the overbearing-pushy salesman that I have experienced before. Shopping with Mitchell was just a cool cordial and honest purchasing experience. This service department is the worst! I bought my car here 2 years ago and every time I have brought it in for the free oil changes you get with purchasing the car it is the biggest hassle. Appointments don't matter you will be here 4 plus hours just for a simple oil change. Or you will sit there for 2 hours and your car won't even be touched, even though you had an appointment and showed up at that time. I asked to speak to a manager when this situation happened yet again, he came out and said he would get with their scheduler and get it taken care of. That was 2 days ago, and I haven't received any call. I am taking my car elsewhere, the free oil changes aren't worth the headache.

It was a great experience. He made the process easy and communicated with me about the repairs to made sure I was in the loop. He even wished me a happy birthday a couple of weeks later. I will be back when it's time to replace our second vehicle. Thank you Darin!

Mitch was awesome to work with. He responded to me immediately when I sent an inquiry on the Landers website about the availability of my new jeep. I traveled from out of state to buy it and he had it sitting up front waiting for me. Mitch was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I even had some questions after I left the dealership and he was quick to respond and happy to help. Every staff member I came in contact with was kind and helpful. I love my new jeep and I would highly recommend Landers in Norman. And when you go there...ask for Mitch!!

I had an outstanding experience at Landers. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They had a wide selection of vehicles, and the pricing was fair and transparent. The financing options were reasonable, and they thoroughly explained all terms and fees. The test drive was enjoyable, and the sales team knew the vehicle inside and out. The post-purchase support has been excellent. Overall, I highly recommend Landers for a seamless and satisfying car-buying experience.

Steer clear and go somewhere else if you need service. Quite possibly the worst service experience I have ever had when it comes to a vehicle.Appointment times do not matter, complete lack of transparency and communication, and it took three weeks to replace a battery and do an oil change. I took the vehicle in for far more than that, but none of the other issues were fixed with the "update" they supposedly installed.If you need dealer service, find another one. If you don't - go somewhere else altogether.

I can't say any bad things about Landers. Our salesman Jason was a big help to us. We came in yesterday to look at a new charger and during the whole process I needed to take our other car to get the oil changed. Jason followed us to get a oil change and brought us back to the dealership. Thewhole process was very streamlined and they even use our bank. Thank you Landers and thank you Jason for our new charger.

Our sales person was Gary who was awesome. I think this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. It was extremely relaxed, no pressure. The finance guy, Michael, was amazing too. We will definitely come back again when we decide to purchase again. Thank you Landers. We love our Jeep Renegade Jeepster♥️.
