Just came for a job drug test, tried talking to the guy at the front counter, he was very rude, would cut off any questions or common dialogue. Seemed to be irritated with my hearing disability and definitely gave off I hate my job vibes. Also noticed trash and used Kleenex in the main lobby... hearing the female worker waiting to get in however seemed very nice and respectful, it's unfortunate that I got the rude guy that needs to find another job for his own pleasure...

Absolutely terrible experience. And don’t even try to call client services. Lady on the phone hung up on me because I was trying to get blood work sent to the doctor and she was mad thwt I was trying to get it sent over again. Lady at the front desk did not know what she was doing either. Will never be back

Don’t come here if you can avoid it. They said that you must sit in their lobby and wait an hour before taking your test (no reason was given). If you leave they will not allow you to come back and take it later. There were a bunch of people sitting in the lobby without masks and nothing was done about it, despite that being against the city’s current regulations.

If I could I would give negative stars. This is the second time they have screwed up my husband's blood work. We will NEVER be back. The orders were written out plain enough even I knew what the doctor wanted. I don't care that we will have to pay extra to go to a out of network lab. It will be worth it.

My son is 3 years old and needs blood work ever 5-8 weeks. I've gone to several labs in the area and this is by far the best. The staff is friendly and made my son feel comfortable. My little guy is very strong and tries his hardest to squirm away whole the blood is being drawn. Both staff members were professional and made the process better for all of us. We always make an appt and are in and out in 20 mins.

These guys are great. They show you in writing what your out of pocket costs will be and what insurance covers and get you in and out quickly with flexible hours. Somehow their out of pocket charges are vastly lower than the lab I went to at first. labCorp are true pros
