Service Requested - I have gone to this salon 3 times now. I have only gone for the Manicure and have gotten french tips each time. $25 is the cost and it definitely doesn't harm the wallet to much.
Quality - They are good. I am just super OCD/Perfectionist when it comes to my nails and they miss the edge of my nails. Nothing you would notice, unless you had my nails up in your face. I understand they are busy at times, but I still do wish they would slow down a little bit and pay a little bit more attention to my nails than to the people around them.
Vibe - Although it's fancy, I have not been made to feel that I don't belong or anything like that. I enjoy the decoration theme and appreciate the free complimentary drinks that they have available. The hostess, Katie, is the sweetest. My last visit there I discovered she was only 16 and was impressed. She has a very good head on her shoulders and she definitely deserves a raise. Always polite and respectful. Has very good communication skills.

I did not have a good experience here. One of my nails broke on the first day I got them done. I called and asked to come get them all shortened because it hurt so bad when it broke that I didn’t want to feel that again if they were all that weak. Especially because I work in a restaurant and use my hands often. Over the phone I was told it would be a free job and I made the appointment. I got there and they tell me it’s now $10.00. I don’t even want to argue at this point, I am so unhappy with the experience I just want it fixed and to never come here again. Then someone fixes them and they look not the best but it’s done and I’m ready to go. Now the price has changed to $20.00. I still tipped her but was just thrilled to leave and never going to return here.

10/10 recommend LaFleur Nail Salon! This was my first experience here, my husband and I came in for pedicures and they did not disappoint! Upon walking in, I was immediately welcomed and offered a drink when I sat down. My tech was Tammy and she did amazing communicating on how my day was, making sure I liked what she was doing and she gave a great massage. I will definitely be coming back!

Worst pedicure I’ve received in a long time! Once I stated I wanted a classic pedicure (the cheapest), it was a fight the entire time. The tech tried to upsell me on the pedicure type which I declined. Then she tried to upsell me on gel. Then she tried to upsell me on getting a manicure. Once I declined 3x, she just gave up on me. My toe nails are not even, and at least 3 of my nails are not fully covered in polish. I did not even get a second coat of polish! I would’ve paid her a cash tip but she literally said “you’re done”, walked away, and never returned. It was so awkward and of course I found the whole thing so bizarre I just paid (still tipped 20%) and then RAN out of there with the PAPER TOWEL (???) still between my toes! Never again!

What an amazing talent Tai is! I had a very bad nail job at a different salon. I came here desperate for repairs and a quality experience. Tai removed the bad nail job and worked diligently to give me a new fill dip set. He was meticulous in the shaping and cleaning of my nails and cuticles. I love how my new set turned out! I will definitely be back!

$40 for a simple gel manicure, only for it to chip and break less than 24 hours later while simply putting my hands in my pockets. Nothing crazy happened. The gel caught on the fabric of my athletic shorts, not even denim, and peeled right off ripping the nail under it. And we were only on the area temporarily for a one time medical procedure so I won’t be back in that area.

The environment is so very clean and welcoming. Not only that, the nail techs were friendly and did my nails exactly how I wanted them. I will be coming back!

Jennifer did a basic manicure for me. She does a lovely job. ♥
Tuesday Feb 27, I had another basic manicure. Today Thursday Feb 29th, my nail polish is chipping off! What happened!?
June 6th. Ann did a basic mani pedi. Hand & foot massage was great!! She's detailed in her work. I've added her to my favorites.

Jesica was amazing and the milk and honey pedi with gel is exactly what I needed! The orange slice rub and hot stone leg massage were heavenly. I will be back!

Quick seating! (We did get there as soon as they opened) Very friendly! Very clean! My 1st time here and I have found a new nail place here! They took great care of me and my husbands feet! Absolutely love!
