Such a fine establishment. The folks are knowledgeable, skilled, and, most importantly of all, cogniscent of their patrons. It was my chonko kitty's first groomer trip ever, and she wasn't happy. They took the time to soothe her and were very careful to not hurt her. You can tell these people love animals. Definitely going to be a regular here and spread the word. Don't forget your rabies record!!

Took my Chihuahua today to get her nails clipped and she usually freaks out and screams but Joanie had the magic touch and my Chihuahua didn't even help once! She is great with animals. I will be returning my other dog!!

Visiting in Oklahoma for several days and didn't have time to have our little fur baby groomed before leaving home in Texas. Read the reviews on Joanie's pet salon and decided to try it. They are great people and are loving with the animals. Did a great job for less than it cost where we live. All those great reviews led me to the right place.

One of the only places I feel comfortable leaving my little guy to get groomed. They are passionate and love what they do. They are a small mom and pop business that my family have used for generations. 10/10 would recommend.

This is my first time coming here and I have to say that I am shocked that no one referred them to me before. They are very professional and nice. They make you feel welcomed. My baby girl was calm and not unnerved when I picked her up. I loved her cut and I will be a repeat customer from here on.If you need an amazing groomer... Joanie's is the place. And btw.. I have a CAT... they took very good care of my princess... My husband is very picky about his baby girl and when we arrived home .. well he had not 1 complaint... and this man will find at least 1 negative or hateful comment to say about anything or any subject you can think up... lol.. ?♀️Sooo.. if you are looking then definitely give them at least 1 try.. and the prices are reasonable... she does not overcharge unlike other places... ?

I have been going here about 6 years, they do good work, but lately they started really treating us bad, the final straw was today, my husband does all the driving and chores like this because I am disabled and in a wheelchair, my dog had an appointment the following day and I had to cancel because my husband had an unexpected meeting come up, so I called and told them and then started being told I do this frequently, Ive had to do this about 3-4 otimes in the last year and a half, but anyway I always called the day before or earlier. So long story short my husbands was already talking how rude they had gotten to him, and then when I called to cancel and reschedule and they were very rude well, by Felicia!

I love this place. It’s been the best experience for my pups and I. They care so much about the animals and the owners. They want happy animal families and so honest. I was struggling with the new GS that I had recently adopted and I have been nervous cos I haven’t had such a larger dog yet since I was little. I felt like I was with family. They went above and beyond in every way. Spent so much time in talking and helping me and showing me a few things. I’ll not go anywhere else.

Buck and Joanie are very friendly, knowledgeable, and do a fantastic job. Our dog came home clean, trimmed, and smelling great. Their prices are very competitive, and they are genuine people. We will not go anywhere else. Thank you!
