Twice I have went into the Norman store. And both times their advertised sale price does not match to what it’s showing online. The regular price online and in store does not match. So therefore their sale price in the store does not match what it shows online. And this is shopping the Norman store, it’s not online only prices.

For some reason you have to sign in to a kiosk for them to cut fabric. Make sure to do this they won't tell you. Stood in line for awhile before I was told. Won't go back, I'm not going to jump through hoops to give away any money.

Be sure to ASK at the cut table because the prices they charge often don't match the signage

I shopped at Joanns when they were at the mall and it was always neat and orderly. After they moved to the new building it was pretty spiffy! It was very nice! Then the holidays occurred and it's a disaster! I chalked it up to the holidays and the increase of traffic. But it's January now and it's still a hot mess. It's such a mess. Multiple times ive had to wait in line for 20+ minutes because they only had 1-2 cashiers with a line of people waiting to check out. One time they were having issues with the computer system and I think we waited in line for over 45 minutes. I hope they can get back to where they were in the beginning when they first opened it up at the current location. It's much more pleasant when you can identify the fabric instead of having dig through the fabric to find what youre interested in. It really does take away the pleasant shopping experience when it's so disorganized.I just read that Joanns is struggling financially. That could explain why some things in the store are broken, like a hanging sign for example, for long periods of time. Maybe thats why they seem to be short on staff, they cant afford to hire anyone. There used to be several people at the cutting table ready to help you. Now not so much. Sad too because it's such a nice store and you can check in at the cutting table by entering your name in the tablet on the wall. :(

Email coupons often ring up as expired on the last day before they expire.

Great store, lots of great fabric, arts and craft items, and holiday decor.

Love any fabric store. I love the new location, but it is still extremely hot in there. They also said they usually only have 2 people working. Always so friendly even when its obvious they are ready to go home

My mom has wanted to visit a store that offers a large variety of yarn and Joann's did not disappoint. This location has a lot of square footage and it was very busy with holiday shoppers and a line of ladies waiting to get fabric cut. The store offers a craft area where you can sit and create.. maybe they offer tutorials. Prices seemed a little high, but they have an aisle of sale items that fit in her budget. Oodles of craft, ideas, holiday decor for all seasons, cake, decorations, and other assortments.

This store has potential but the fabric is such a hot mess that I couldn’t find anything I was looking for, tho Joann’s app said they had 8 yards. I asked the person at the fabric cutting table and tho she had no one she was helping, she told me if I couldn’t find it, I should try ordering it online. I’ve been to MANY MANY Joann’s and this location is absolutely not up to even the most basic of retail standards. Another shopper was experiencing the same frustration as I was and she finally decided to order online, if she could. So sad! I drove 40 minutes just to shop at this location!

There is an apparent problem of "random people" putting clearance stickers on things that are not on sale which apparently is up to the customer to find out. Also bought super glue that was a little expensive and once I got home it was completely dried up.

Ordered something online with 21 items in stock. I went to pick up my item and was told it was out of stock. Imagine purchasing something and then having it given away because they didn't go grab it off the shelf when the order was placed and decided to milk a 2 hour window. A 2 hour window and all 21 items are bought up. Wild. Now, even shipping isn't available. I would normally opt for shipping, for it was a $4 item with a $10 shipping charge. I knew there was a reason i didn't shop at Joann before. Every experience I have with that place is underwhelming.
