Both locations are rude the lady at Alameda rudely hung up when I was trying to give her my number to have Stephanie call me they had my taxes for bout a month and no one has called me to give me an update I will not be using them again ever

We had an appointment at 5pm and it's ten till 6pm still waiting in the waiting area. There's another lady waiting and her appointment is at 6pm. We finally had to just leave because they weren't going to do our taxes. I don't recommend this place unless you've got 5 hours to wait past your appointment time.

Waited 45 minutes past our appointment before leaving. Idk why they have appointment slots if they don’t honor them.

They were very slow explain very little while you was there the lady we had was not knowledgeable about the computer personally I would not go back to that h&R block's off of interstate drive in Norman Oklahoma

Still trying to get someone to give me my documents from filing taxes with them in Moore. It had a lot of personal information in it and I want it back and can't seem to get anyone to make a commitment to meet me to get the information very frustrated

Incompetent and unhelpful, tax pros don’t respond to your emails or phone calls. Had an appointment months ago and no attempt was made whatsoever to get back to me through email after I had to leave the appointment to send some documents. Not the first time they’ve made my tax return experience hell. Last year my appointment was cancelled without notice and I drove through sleet and snow to get there. Horrible experiences, literally just do your taxes online.
